Now, I know exactly where in Milwaukee this is; I was just over that way the other day, actually (the lumber store on Locust @ Humboldt for those who know the area),

Dude, you were literally 4 blocks from my apartment!

(Yes, I'm a Bucks fan again... provided the new owners don't find a way to f~~k this up.)

Was supposed to go out of town and drive across the state today to meet up with family for thanksgiving, but damn rats apparently chewed thru my car's wiring overnight. Now my car's in the shop and it's a race against time to see if they can fix it before end of business today. Plus it's gonna cost me quite a bit to fix too. Ugh.

I cover a few shifts a week at the Lids store at the mall down the street from where I live. Mostly a pretty cool and easy gig. I figured they'd probably need me on Black Friday, so I just went down there to check my schedule. I have to work a full shift on BF, no surprise there. But to my absolute shock, I have to work ON THANKSGIVING. 6-2 AM. What a bunch of :censored:ing bull :censored:. Who's absoltely brain dead idea was it to open a F***ING HAT STORE on Thanksgiving?

To hit off of the post above, most of America will probably be working on Thanksgiving in a few years... so much for "being thankful".

Since they're located in a mall, their lease will require them to be open when the mall itself is open.

Depends.  One mall locally is making news because they're opening at 6 on Thanksgiving and fining stores that don't; at least one other mall is opening at the same time, but leaving it to individual stores to decide with no repercussions.  Most will take the extra day of heavy traffic.
