First of all it's a .bmp (almost a sin, not quite), secondly the NHL has enough money to sew up tears in fabric... elbow patches not necessary. Thirdly, the logo needs help.Suggestion: get your hands on Photoshop, Paint Shop Pro, Illustrator, something other than MS Paint.
