From koho.com:

Toronto, Ontario, January 12, 2003?The Hockey Company (THC) and the Canadian Hockey League (CHL) are extremely pleased to announce that they have formed a long-term alliance that will take effect at the start of the 2003/2004 season. The partnership establishes CCM®, JOFA® and KOHO® as the exclusive suppliers of helmets, gloves, pants, protective equipment and uniforms to all 56 teams of the CHL.

?Today?s agreement is a landmark alliance between the two largest Canadian hockey institutions?, said Matt O?Toole, President and CEO of The Hockey Company. ?Our association with the world?s premium junior hockey league is a natural fit given The Hockey Company?s focus on providing high performance products to the best athletes in the world?.

?We are very enthusiastic about our new association with The Hockey Company and believe that our players will benefit greatly from it?, said David Branch, President of the Canadian Hockey League. ?The Hockey Company offers the best service and the highest quality equipment. The best junior players in the world are deserving of the best hockey equipment and apparel?.

As part of the partnership, the CHL, through its 56 teams in the Ontario Hockey League (OHL), Western Hockey League (WHL) and Quebec Junior Major Hockey League (QJMHL), will benefit from renowned CCM® products, as well as other THC products from the JOFA® and KOHO® brands, with JOFA® protective equipment becoming the official protective equipment of the CHL. In addition, THC will be the exclusive supplier of the Top Prospects game and the All-Star games.

This newly formed alliance between The Hockey Company and the Canadian Hockey League is a natural progression that builds upon the cornerstone relationship that already exists between THC and the National Hockey League (NHL). THC is the exclusive uniform to the NHL and is the leading equipment supplier to National Hockey League players.

I find this interesting news.  Now we can compare jerseys of the CHL with the NHL and can now buy replicas at an affordable price.
