Players in the "wrong" uniforms

Recommended Posts

With Edwin Jackson playing for his major league record tying 13th team today, what is his right uniform?

i picture him with Arizona, probably because of the no hitter

More NASCAR drivers in the "wrong" car....

Brad Keselowski drove Roger Penske's 12 car for a year before he took over for Kurt Busch in the 2.

Jimmie Johnson drove a #5 car for the 2011 All-Star Race for a Lowes "5% cash back" promotion

Kyle Busch drove a #75 car for the 2016 All-Star for M&M's 75th anniversary

I mostly remembered him as a Mariner, but it turns out they are one of the teams he hasn't played for. I suspect his most proper uniform is plain white with a question mark on the chest.

Martin Brodeur is off to the hockey hall of fame. Let's remember his short (and I mean SHORT) stint with the Blues.

A twofer - O.J. Simpson and Jim Plunkett as 49ers:

They never actually played a regular-season game together. O.J. was traded to the 49ers in March 1978, and the 49ers released Plunkett in the 1978 preseason.

As a Rays fan, I remember him more for his no-hitter against Tampa Bay than for him actually playing in Tampa Bay, which is his second longest tenure in terms of games pitched.

No hitter with 9 runners left on base.  Wild

AJ Burnett sees your 9 LOB and raises 9 Walks too.

EVERYONE in the starting lineup walked, except the 2b and pitcher. How the hell did he not give up a run. Players stole 3 bags too!

0 for 9 with RISP too!

That would have made Angel games a lot more fun back then!

I grew up with the Sharks, and Patty Marleau was always my favorite player. This image continues to break my heart.images?q=tbn:ANd9GcSXSnzFD8pRUu4BrN2BdEW

Isn't this more of a "right team, wrong uniform" sort of thing?

Well I'm glad not having to see the Black C jerseys as much... it's ok for a cap or helmet, but I didn't like it on a basketball jersey so much.
