Where did YOU see comic sans today?

I was at a local hockey game the other day, and the visiting team used Comic Sans as the numbering font on their jerseys.

While many teams over here are run on a low budget and (almost always) have horrendous logo and uniform designs, the very use of Comic Sans as part of a team's identity takes the cake.

I just don't like Comic Sans at all. It just seems EVERYONE uses it.

Today in my PED class. Four presentations on different health issues, and they all used Comic Sans in it as the typeface for their entire slideshow.

While its not exactly comic sans, the font for gottahava and menu on the left certainly seems based off it.

My mom uses it ALL of the time to write emails. And yes, I read ALL of her emails.

I see Comic Sans all the time. Most recently was yesterday, when two different people from the legal department at a well-known company sent me emails using the font. I was pretty horrified.

I work for the DPS on campus (yes, a ticket writer, yes it totally sucks). And most of the tickets I write are for a 'not registered' vehicle, basically meaning there is no university parking sticker. The parking stickers are supposed to be placed on the lower left-hand of the rear window, so, this one Jeep owner has a sign posted on his back window that states:

"THIS IS A JEEP (TOP COMES OFF), STICKER IS ON THE BUMPER!!!!!!!!!"

I found it quite funny.
