Warning: Before reading this, please note that the rather contraversial rules are subject to change. Please refrain from posting facepalms, LOL symbols, or any othe symbol of your dislike of this thread. Seriously.

Alright, now that you've read the warning on to the rules. I have decided to make a little game similar to the 'NFL Weekly Pick'em' thread. You post your predicted regular season standings (you are encouraged to predict records; it will give you more points). Then, you will pick the postseason results based on your regular season predictions (predicting the final result of the series is encouraged). There will be a point system posted below. This system will determine the winner. And remember, it is subject to change. I will be asking that you tally up your own points. Also, you are free to change your predictions whenever you want up until Opening Day. Thanks for reading and I hope some of you chooseto play along.

no way the Sawks sweep the SOX in 3.

Well, let's look at the matchups:

Buehrle vs. Beckett. BOS wins 9-7. Shootout in Fenway.

Peavy vs. Lester. BOS wins 3-2. Great matchup, but Fenway pushes Lester to the win.

Lackey/Buchholz vs. Floyd/Danks. BOS 5-2. No contest, Sawks sweep.

And part of it is my White Sux hatership. :P

No points for getting the second place team right?

Giants vs A's World Series. Just before the start of game 3 at AT&T Park a massive earthquake will strike, forcing them to cancel the series and awarding the championship to both teams.

I can still dream, right? :P

yeah well at least my team has won in the past 103 years, anyway those matchups could easily go the other way, and if Peavys healthy we'll send him out in game 1 not 2. Game 3 no contest? What? Floyd/Danks are just as good if not better than those two.
