29texan
2014?I think they left it out since XLVII and XLVIII really aren't that drastically different. Not that any are unique, but my guess it they wanted to show different numerals. I wouldn't mind them using the stadium "regional" logos as the primary..... I feel physically sick looking at those.Take some Tums...they aren't perfect but they certainly aren't that bad.Making a "system" of the same thing and taking any and every piece of creativity out of it makes it that bad in my book. I'll keep saying that until it changes. Hopefully, soon....
hailstateunis
It was a pretty good logo for XLV, but not for XLVI, XLVII, XLVIII and so on. http://www.hailstateunis.com

Old School Fool
Just saw this on Wikipedia....I'm gonna be sick if this is true. You people need to get over it, it's not going to change. Period. It's locked in for the forseeable future. You are also acting like this is the worst logo ever, when it's not. It's a pretty good logo in my opinion, it could be ALOT WORSE than this. Infact, here you go, here's a piece of crap for you that I just did in like 5 minutes...Also here's what Super Bowl L would probably look like under this system...Now that is bad. JamieRose
I like it!Whether or not they decide to keep this system, it won't last. In 10 years the whole aesthetic will look dated.

TruColor
Crap... From NFL.com:I've got the whole graphics package...it certainly IS that one - the "National" version of the logo. The "Regional" versions have the Superdome in them. There's a whole bunch of secondary graphics that utilize Mardi Gras-stylings - lots of Purple, Gold and Green. illwauk
Also here's what Super Bowl L would probably look like under this system...Now that is bad.I'm guessing that one will be branded "Super Bowl 50" and go right back to roman numerals.

Wouldn't be too shabby of an idea if you ask me. On 11/19/2012 at 7:23 PM, oldschoolvikings said: She’s still half convinced “Chris Creamer” is a porn site.)
