Graysmith Posted April 19, 2012 Share Posted April 19, 2012 Does anyone know what the record is for highest scoring average in a playoff series?The Flyers and Penguins, currently at the start of the third period of their fourth game have averaged ELEVEN goals per game so far.. and this fourth game isn't even over yet. I can't think of any other playoff series with so many goals scored, but I'm no expert on statistics so does anyone know..
