kc51design
loose the outline, use dark/light pachas of color to separate jersey from shorts. A good advice I got from Frazer - make it black and white first, and if it works in only dark/light then start adding colors. Head looks small, and it has too many spots of color... lockerroom51
Buster
Looks good except it looks like a pizza baker slapped a floury hand print on his backside.
jsb_0403
The shadow on his left leg looks a little like Abraham Lincoln. Just an observation. jsb_0403's Take on the NFL | NFL's 100th Anniversary | Southern Arkansas University Concept
goforbroke
I hope thus doesn't sound too insulting but it looks like a paint-by-number or a coloring book. If u did this from scratch then you def have skills but I agree with kc51 lose the outlines and simplify the shading. There's also something seriously wrong with MJs left hand. And if you take out the shadow next to his left foot it would give the allusion he's already in the air and add a lot more movement to tr picture.
