4, not 3 :P

On the hill we view the silence of the valley, Called to witness cycles only of the past, And we reach all this with movements in between the said remark

Close to the edge, down by the river, Down at the end, round by the corner

Seasons will pass you by, Now that it's all over and done, called to the seed, right to the sun, Now that you find now that you're whole

Seasons will pass you by, I get up, I get down -Yes

If I say that this is probably the most NORMAL kit they've worn in reecent years it should give you an idea of what we're dealing with

I expect ugly uniforms in the minor leagues or in some of the less-heralded leagues. But in the big sports leagues, the biggest disgrace to me was the Florida Marlins teal alternate uniforms they first wore. Besides being part of the '90s teal fad, the gray script was kind of hard to read on the teal, the Marlins script always struck me as amateur-looking and overall the entire set didn't look like a big-league uniform to me. They would eventually switch from a gray to black script on the teal alternate that helped it a little, but the 1993 look was just plain awful.

It was especially bad when they wore the teal alternates in spring training in 1993 with the pinstriped home pants. I don't think that ever happened in an actual game that year but could be wrong about that.

In no particular order...and I'm just going pro as I don't follow college close enough

Red Sox current roads, Cleveland Browns, Baltimore Ravens all whites, Houston Rockets pajama unis, Toronto Raptors half purple half black jerseys, Miami Marlins current look, Mooterus, Sacramento Kings current look, etc.

I agree with sox road unis. Ugly, boring, could be so easily fixed. Just make a gray version of home unis. Simple. Replace white with gray, red sox with boston. Fixed.

That's rpretty much what they had before they switched to their present road uniform, except for slightly different piping. It was considerably better than the mismatched road uniform they have now.

Their road uniform isn't ugly, but the blue cap/blue lettering/blue numbers clash with the bright red undershirt and red socks. It doesn't go at all. Meanwhile, while wearing blue undershirts and blue socks looked better, it absolutely does not work for a team named the "Red Sox" (also doesn't help that it makes them closely resemble their archrival, so the point where a game at Yankee Stadium would almost look like an intrasquad matchup). It's the jersey itself is fine looking, it's just that when its paired with the rest of the uniform, it doesn't work for the Sox.

The port Adelaide 'power' afl team their farm team has work black and white stripes since 1908 but the afl already had a black and white vertical striped team so the did the logical 1997 thing and added teal and silver then came up with these beauties (the first one was the home jersey from 97-09 the rest are clash jerseys they have worn over the years)

But they finally got it right in 2009 when these black jerseys were released as a one off jersey, designed by a 7 year old kid as part of a competition. The next year these became the home and a white version was created as a clash.

The original always looked like a little kid designed it, yet the one that actually looks professional was designed by a kid. Go figure.

That is exactly what I like about it.
