phutmasterflex
Probably the Giants are saving their better slogans for another year. They know that they don't need to work real hard to get fans' attention for this season. In fact, not for a while. D-Backs on the other need to have something less confusing Go A's! The_Admiral
Annual team slogans are all so ridiculous and only set you up for derision. The Cubs started doing it under the rule of the Nebraskans, and they've all been awful. Year One! It's a [W]ay of Life! Do they not see how these are questions begging to be answered "more like year 100 or whatever," or "what is? sucking?" I hate the Cubs. ♫ oh yeah, board goes on, long after the thrill of postin' is gone ♫

Shumway
I was flipping through my season tickets and noticed something kind of interesting. The ticket for August 31st, and only the ticket for the 31st, is full on throwback. So I guess this confirms that the D Backs will be wearing the throwbacks at home only once this season on the 31st of August vs the Giants. I'm assuming the Giants will wear their road SF alts again too, which makes no sense since those uniforms never matched up against one another. If I recall, Arizona's wearing throwbacks in Philadelphia when the Phils have 90s night. The Phillies will wear the cranberry pinstripes (used until 1991).

Year after year, the combination of consistently great teams and consistently lousy support is depressing. No wonder they're reduced to pleasing with the fanbase. dbadefense1990
This is the Dodgers' slogan for 2013:Kinda makes sense, but they could have used the slogan last year with the Guggenheim group coming in last year.

Not crazy about the new campaign this year. One thing I can say worked during the mccourt ownership were the ad campaigns. Very classy. They felt like mid-century LA. This stuff looks like the FOX years.

CB27
Sorry if this is old news, but the Cardinals are now apparently leaving it up to a fan vote decide how they'll handle the road caps for this season. The options are always red, always blue, blue when playing a red team, or blue on getaway days.http://stlouis.cardinals.mlb.com/stl/fan_forum/hat_poll.jsp?partnerId=as_mlb_20130326_6652694
STL FANATIC
This is a glorious occurrence. Please vote #AllBlueSTL. And if you really like the red caps, then vote #AllRedSTL. But don't let one of those awful in between options win. JUSTIN STRIEBEL | PORTFOLIO | RESUME | CONTACT
Sport
I voted for all blue on the road. As much as I hate the Cardinals, that's a perfect road look.and the good news is that for now it's up in the poll.how many times can one vote?
8BW14
I'm watching my Cards play the Mets right now and the cards are wearing the red hats w/the grey uniforms and I know they always do in spring training but I just cant get behind it. doesn't look right to me. Needless to say I voted blue and I am hoping the rest of Cardinal Nation has good taste.
