raysox
There are tons of 30 for 30s, and all of them are really well done. But which sports moments would you want to see in depth shrunk down to an hour feature? For me, Game 162 would be a good candidate. The epic collapse of two teams in a month, with one ending minutes apart in two different cities. I watch the highlights probably once a month because it was one of the greatest nights ever. How bout you guys? @MichaelDanger19 | Dribbble
FiddySicks
I'd like to see a 30 for 30 on the 2008 Fresno State Bulldogs and their run to the National Title. That team was the biggest underdog to ever win a sports championship, and it seemed relatively ignored IMO.Others I'd like to see:Mike Vick's downfall and conviction for dog fighting. Josh Hamilton's early struggles with substance abuse and his rise back to prominence. The 1994 Major League Baseball strike. I'd like to see them specifically focus on the replacement players that were used and who were unable to be part of the union afterwards. Maurice Clarett's downfall. crashcarson15
I'd like to see a 30 for 30 on the 2008 Fresno State Bulldogs and their run to the National Title. This was definitely my first reaction.I think they could do a really good one on the implementation in class basketball in Indiana high school sports—more from the standpoint of how controversial it was and still is in a state where 10,000 people routinely show(ed) up to watch high school basketball. pianoknight
Selfishly, I'd love to see them document the 1990s Husker Dynasty - maybe more from the angle of the legacy and character of Tom Osborne. As a coach, Osborne modeled consistency. His teams won 9 or more games every single year for his entire tenure (25 years). He went 60-3 in his final five seasons and played for four national titles, winning 3. Only Joe Paterno got to 200 wins faster and Osborne holds a career record of (0.863). His 94-54 squads are one of only two teams to win perfect, undefeated back-to-back titles (props to our Sooner buddies for the other pair in 55-56).Football accomplishments aside, Osborne also put a heavy focus on academic excellence for his athletes. In his 25 year career, he graduated more Academic All-Americans at Nebraska than any other school has in their entire history. 5th in NAT. TITLES | 2nd in CONF.
