Gothamite
When they do, they remove both league patches. And when they play in competitions like the FA Cup, they wear two FA Cup patches instead of their Premier League patches. The Green Bay Packers Uniform Database! Now in a handy blog. Some teams will play the cup matches with no sleeve patches and their custom team numbers. In Germany and Italy they do wear cup patches throughout the competition. seattlesonicsofsacramento
Watching Swansea play Liverpool right now and this is the first time I've seen Ki Sung-Yeung's NOB. Does anyone else have something like this?Should be a hot seller for the ladies, KIS(S)Y "The pictures looked good on the computer," Will Brown explained

seattlesonicsofsacramento
Took me a while but I got it. That's gonna be stuck with me whenever I see someone use that abbreviation from now on. Of course I was talking about that particular use of initials (which actually seems incorrect to me, since there's a period after Ki, which I thought isn't an abbreviation of anything, and not one after Y, which is). Berlin Wall
The South Korean names on soccer kits bugged me even like ten years ago. Let's take the example of Park Ji-Sung. In the BPL, he wore 'J.S. PARK' on his shirt. And that is the normal order for South Korean names in the BPL, so if Ki Sung-Yueng would've done it right it would've been 'S.Y. KI' on his shirt. It differs in other countries though. In the Bundesliga they just wear the surname on the shirt. So just 'PARK', 'KI' or Leverkusen's example 'SON'. I guess he actually wore just 'KI' in Scotland. And in the Korean national team the players just wear their first names, BUT without space between. Like 'JISUNG', 'SUNGYUENG' or 'HEUNGMIN'.Kinda complicated. I'm a simple person, I have a pixelated David Beckham as profile photo since 2010. MJWalker45
Most East Asian players, (Japan, Korea, China, etc.) use their last name first. That's why it's like that ob Ki's jersey. Ji Sun Park started with J.S. Park before flipping to the more appropriate to him, Park J.S. I think that only happened after he left Manchester United though.
