I've done a lot of Google searches and can't find another example anywhere.Given when the individual in the picture attended Oklahoma State (can you guess who it is?) it would have been in the early '80s. Of course, right after I post the thread, I find more info on it.It was used in this logo featuring a pinwheel of Nike swooshes, but was apparently switched to the current typeface in the mid-80s.Still, thought it was odd.
