TheSoundofThrowingPennies
Phil Hecken retweeted this: https://mobile.twitter.com/PhilHecken/status/453668715805282304?screen_name=PhilHeckenApparently, Arthur Blank presented this at a pregame ceremony at a Braves game earlier today. TheSoundofThrowingPennies
More details:Blank was ceremoniously "making Hank Aaron a Falcon forever" and retiring the jersey. I'm not saying this means anything, it's just intriguing. Why would Blank use a generic off brand uniform (which still has Nike swooses, by the way) for this ceremony instead of having an official one made up? It's just strange. Thought maybe it was a throwback, but looking at their uniform history I've found nothing.

BBTV
Interesting. Could it be a practice jersey? Like others have said, why would it have swooshes on it? FWIW, I think it's a disgrace that there are swooshes on something that's supposed to be an award or honor for someone. Like how they're doing that for statues now. aawagner011
It's just a overly large fan authentic with the sleeves folded over so you can't see the side detailing...book it.
Midway
The Falcons' current jerseys have a very specific design. I'd think too specific to go with their idea of a "Falcons forever" type jersey. That might be the basis for why it's been stripped down to its basic elements.

Look at the new picture. That's a different jersey.Except it is... If you look closely you can see the black piping at the top of the shoulders. This is also apparently the standard set-up for framed Falcons jerseys.*EDIT* Pretty sad that I didn't realize this was missing sleeve logos, here's a better example Portfolio Dribbble
TheOldRoman
That Julio Jones jersey is a counterfeit, so that doesn't mean anything. Anyway, it's the normal Falcons jersey. I have a Bears Nike retail authentic, and the sleeves are very big - wide, not long. The sleeves being so massive that they can be folded in half without showing the black or white is what is causing the confusion. Also, we can't see black piping on the sides, but those might be folded under or something.
phutmasterflex
Does it even matter? Real jersey or some generic red jersey, it doesn't indicate a new jersey for the team Go A's!
