yh Posted June 18, 2014 Share Posted June 18, 2014 After discussion of the issue and the desire to encourage civilized debate on even the most hot-button topics, the moratorium on discussion of ethnically-based team names and logos that was declared earlier today has been lifted.If it appears that discussions are again creating the types of problems manifest throughout the prior Redskins/USPTO thread, we will close any and all problematic threads and reassess whether its in the best interest of Sportslogos.net to host future discussions.Again, there are many other places on the Web to discuss issues such as these and those entrusted with the protection of Sportslogos.net's brand and reputation will take any and all actions necessary to uphold their responsibilities. We want to be the site where any and all reasoned debate over sports branding is welcome, however we will not allow the site to become a venue for political mudslinging and/or personal attacks of an individual or group(s).Thank you for making your best efforts to foster constructive dialogue.
