Go Red Sox! Posted July 6, 2014 Share Posted July 6, 2014 When I saw the Colts horseshoe logo, I also immediately thought of a toilet seat like @Coast2CoastAM2006. No offense! You could make the whole thing rounder. I'm not a fan of the blue Colts helmet. It's no big deal in baseball, but I would have a problem to accept that in the NFL. But that's just my opinion. Apart from that I like your Colts design.I also like the Jets redesign, especially the new logo. But that green is way too loud for my taste. wonderbread Posted July 10, 2014 Share Posted July 10, 2014 im not superstitious but having a sideways horseshoe is bad luck because the luck would be spilling out like its a cup. i don't feel having the horseshoe in the word mark works for couple of reasons but that superstition one being the most, also having it so large and different from the rest of the word mark is another reason why it doesn't work IMO. The luck falls out when the shoe is upside down. I've never heard of a sideways shoe being unlucky. Smart is believing half of what you hear. Genius is knowing which half. They're now done and here they are!:DENVER BRONCOSCredit to Blase for templateFeel free to leave Feedback & Suggestions!Logo Set-I put alternates in the set because I had so many ideas and combinations for the logo! I tried to make the classic logo and make it more modern and simple, just a classic Orange "D" with a shadow, as well as a white "B" to make the center of the "D" with a navy bronco coming out of it. For the alternate, I switched around the colors for the "B" and the "Bronco" that matches more of the classic logo. The alternates are the two versions without the bronco.Home Uniform-Went with a classic orange crush look with simple stripes. I went with a tall, simple font for the numbers, team name, and player name. I put numbers on the sleeve stripes, as well as a shoulder alternate logo. On the pants, I put the other alternate bronco logo next to the stripe on the backside. I didn't make the sock stripes so well, but I think the point gets across.Away Uniform-Same idea as home, simple. Changed the shoulder logo to the white B alternate.Alternate Uniform-Chose a navy jersey as the alternate instead of a throwback, like the Jets and Colts have in the thread. Kept the shoulder logo the same as away. I also used the same navy socks as I did in the home uniform!I will try to get the next team, the Dallas Cowboys, posted in much less time than the Broncos took. It's a personal opinion, but I'm not really a fan of the sleeve stripes either. Have you thought about using something similar the classic Orange jerseys with the blue sleeves? But one thing, you have the logo on the pants on the wrong half. They should be on the front half. Either the hip (on the stripe) or on the front (like the chest placements). You basically have it on the guy's ass. Place it where it mirrors the Nike swoosh. And don't place the orange D logo on the orange pants. You actually want to see these aspects to the uniform. The Impaler Posted July 23, 2014 Share Posted July 23, 2014 Nice idea on the Broncos logo. As the previous poster stated, the logo on the butt is weird and needs to be moved to the front. I think another area of improvement would be to make the road pants orange. As it stands (and it's a problem with their current set too) they are predominantly orange at home and predominantly blue on the road. I like the blue pants as an alternate to the white at home though. But the roads should be either white or the alternate orange IMO. Also, the B on the inside of the D needs to move slightly to the right, it just looks off. Also might help to get rid of the serifs on the B. Overall nice and original.
