Just posting this to ask everyone on which program will be best used for making logos/concepts of my own?

Hey guys and girls, just want to ask which program will suit me better when it come to designing logos, create designs on photos, etc. I was told that Inkscape is free, i am kinda irked with the idea of paying monthly for Adobe Illustrator. But really which would you recommend? I liked doing rough designs for schools/clubs/teams and doing other things for fun like creating comic strips, etc. Let me know! thanks!

If you are going to be serious about this design business Illustrator is worth the investment. But Inkscape is perfectly fine if you want to make stuff out of fun.

Illustrator CS2 is free. Just Googled it.

You'll have to create an Adobe ID, but free's free. PROTIP: Learn the pen tool.
