That jersey launch was a massive failure. 16/26(not counting the 5 teams that kept their basic jersey prior) teams have already ditched their Reebok Edge designed jerseys, and it has been less than a decade.

Best picture I could. The 'Black' Jays logo/jersey was only worn for one season while Montreal was still in the league. Ironically the last game the Jays/Expos ever met in was in Porto Rico Also, this attests to the theory that the MLB was trying to sabotage the ownerless Expos. The Jays always drew over 40k in Montreal, but this series of games only drew less than 20k. And it was in a part of their schedule that made no sense to go that far away from home
