I've asked a few people I know, but I think they're all too nice to really let me have it. Its all clean and tight and handled solidly.Conversely, there isn't anything overwhelmingly "wow" about them either. Maple Leaf imagery, check. Player silhouette, check. Horizontal orientation cause the league picked 14 initials that don't look/sound cool, check. Partial elipse...........no! thank you! sincerely.....one more partial elipse and I'm going to lose it.I don't have any brilliant concepts that I've been exactly sitting on either..so I dont offer this to be snooty. I got nothing. Nothing better at all.....were I to try one I'd be happy to have it look like this.But all these league logos look so similar. I would maybe try to envision something that doesn't necessarily scream hockey. I know hockey is the point and it must say hockey so my feedback is contradictory. but...........something...I dunno.those initials sure aren't helping are they? The league is supposed to unveil the new logo during the Royal Bank Cup, of which they're playing the gold medal game today, and I haven't seen a thing yet. They didn't even e-mail me back to say they'd received it. I figured they'd at least do that, or if I had won, to find out where to send the jacket.
