Love your work man!

Being from the Milwaukee area, I'm not a huge fan of the name Dark-Eagles or as JH42XCC suggested War Eagles. Maybe something wintery would be better, like Blizzard.

But if you have already made a concept with an eagle, then I like the suggestion of War Eagles, but change it to Warhawks.

Also, just some suggestions. First for the Bandits. Perhaps, black numbers or a black outline on the numbers on the yellow alternates. Also, your fonts for the Wildcats and Rhinos are very, very similar, and I was just wondering if you knew that.

Still, great work! I look forward to the rest of these!

Thanks Dolphins91 for the jersey avatars.

Here's my next team. Took me a few tries, and it might take me a few more, but here it is...

#9 Dallas Talons

Up Next: #10 New York Lightning

So, I've put ALOT of thought into this one, as I was stumped many times when I thought I had something. I ended up going a whole different direction, sketching some ideas as the state of Texas as inspiration. I took a look at the landscape, and most specifically their flag. I wanted to keep the same 'Cowboys' look from the NFL, so I kept the same relative template as the older Talons concept. This time around, after alot of thought, I changed the colors against my own judgement; I was really into the unique color scheme. I went with dark navy, red, and a meaningfull color (a mix of sand, to relate the team to Texas' deserts; and silver, to relate back to the Cowboys. It turned out to be a light pewter color, similar to the color in the Texas Rangers' flag shoulder patch.) So without further ado, the new primary is a white, swooping hawk head. The meaning behind the logo is that the way I layed the colors out on the right end of the head, the white at the top and red at the bottom corresponds to Texas' state flag, so I added that little subtle touch. The secondary is pretty much the same as before, just updated to fit the current color scheme and style. The tertiary is where I went a little bit wacky. It's the wing of a hawk in colors corresponding to the texas flag, as well. I really wanted to add this logo in, specifically because I wanted to tie the name Talons to Dallas one last time, and also because the comments on the first concept suggested that I add a 'wing' logo on the uniforms. I've also used the wing logo as an accent to the script, which is Dallas Talons in two toned light pewter and white. The uniforms underwent some minor changes, but nothing drastic.

So there it is, tear it to shreads if you must.

Really well done... thought out and executed well. Aztecs is the best so far. Some people may not agree, but I think the offbeat numbering and pants stripes really help make these stand out from many of the other concepts that we see around here.

the logo is very nice... but not sure about the third uniform. it seems like it came out of no where. it reminds me of the Seahawks uniforms. The first two were very conservative with the white gray and blue... then out of no where the green shows up with blue pants. It may work better, but there is nearly no green in the other 2 uniforms.

a silver jersey with blue pants might work as well.

I like the thirds, so much so that I think that it should be the home jersey rather than the one that has been done. The bright green makes it stand out. There are very few teams that wear green. The logo is pretty cool, it is certainly not what I expected. I was expecting a claw.

I think you should add just a hint of green on the primary uniforms for an accent. Also for the primary I think that the area around the eye is a little too square, as the logo is mostly curved. Otherwise it's excellent, and I'm a Giants fan.

I think its great what you are doing here with organizing a whole league. I used to do this all the time as a kid. spent my time making up identities and logos and jerseys for teams. having drafts with my brothers and friends and then trades (kind of fantasy football/basketball before its time) and making schedules, then going out in the backyard and playing the games. I had no idea others were/are doing the same thing. plus your teams are much better than mine were in many ways.

I think the pirates one would look better if the logo was flipped on the helmets as someone already mentioned but nice work overall. the talons one was also a surprise to me since i was expecting a claw and looking to see how much better your would be than the tulsa talons. the head still works as a primary but your secondary with the claw and star is very nice. i would like to see that logo on the sleeves over the head since its already on the helmet. nice creativity overall!
