Discrim
After my Cubs Generations set, I was inspired to get to work on the next one, and basically had the Giants in mind. We kick this post off with the 1951 season...Basically, I thought the vest would've been well received in the 50s, and with a few tweaks, this could also work for the modern Giants. The reason I note that that cap wasn't used for as long as many people think it was is that the Giants didn't really settle on black and orange until the late 40s...anyways, next up, the 1989 World Series...I figured rather than simply a John McGraw thing, busting out all-black for the World Series coulda been a Giants thing. Next up, we have the 1997 season...I was seriously considering a 1900s-style S F front, but I couldn't pass up a reference to The City jerseys. Last, one for the upcoming season...Based, of course, on the 1916 plaids. A note on the plaid: I'm not changing it to orange, I'm not changing it to gold, it's staying violet. It's in the dictionary: H-I-S-T-O-R-Y. I may be wrong, but I doubt it. A strong mind gets high off success, a weak mind gets high off bull
Drakonius26
I love the third one, as it's a very nice tribute to The City uniforms that the Warriors used to wear. Definitely the best one of the bunch.
MDGP
I'd love to see that plaid one make it into a game. The originals are my absolute favorite all time, and these do an incredible job replicating them, and thank you for keeping the plaid violet, most people wouldn't dare do that. Excellent work overall I've got a dribbble, check it out if you like my stuff; alternatively, if you hate my stuff, send it to your enemies to punish their insolence!
