I replaced white with cream, used the D logo on the road cap and helmet, and modified the colors on the BP logo.I love the first Black, I wish the DBacks brought back the Retro. I am not a fan of the Desert Colors, but then again it is Arizona.Maybe if they change they'll start winning Overall I like this alot! The key change I would make is removing the orange bill either at home or on the road...love the all-black hat. (Also not fond of the white front look and hope it does not come back to MLB helmets/hats.) Feel free to comment on it still though.Boston Red SoxFor as classic of a uniform set as the Red Sox have, it has it's flaws. IMO, color balance is the biggest one. It seems as if the Sawks are stuck between being a navy team or a red team. I went with a red cap at home and a navy cap on the road, hopefully that helps balance the color better right of the bat. Secondly I made the road wordmark red, rather than the current navy. I also added the hanging socks patch to the sleeves. Included are 3 alternate options: red, navy, and white vest. I'm not sure about the white sleeveless jersey, but I thought it looked good so I included it. The only jersey with names, besides throwbacks, should be the Yankees home whites, IMO. There's just no reason to go NNOB. It's flat out confusing. But that's just my opinion... Personally, I'm a fan of the current blue lettering and numbering, which puts me in the vast minority. And the vest... Well, I don't know, it just feels wrong... If you insist on the vest, then I'd make the helmet all blue, that would look much better than the red helmet. I've got a dribbble, check it out if you like my stuff; alternatively, if you hate my stuff, send it to your enemies to punish their insolence! Also the patches should be consistent whether its the same patch on each uniform or same for all the homes or aways. Just having one without the soxs is a little weird to me. Even though i get why you did it (so the patch would show). Other then that love the series probably the best Mlb series i've seen on these boards! But I am also moving on to the Cubs.Chicago CubsI have never been much of a fan of the Cubs' primary logo. The Cubs in the circle seems really dated to me. I also don't think it looks very good on a jersey. I used the C/bear logo on the home jersey, the road is pretty much the same, but with a red-billed hat. The blue alternate remains and I added 3 new alternates, all inspired by past uniforms. White vest, cream pinstripes, and navy. ctk Posted March 15, 2011 Share Posted March 15, 2011 as a cubs fan i like this set. the one major element change you made i don't mind. i love the red bill cap and i wish that the cubs bring it back to the uniform. baseball roads are generally bland as hell and any opportunity to bring some color to the party is a good one. what i really love about this set is the full navy throwbacks. i wish they would bring it back. the last time i think it was used was during the cubs first trip to tiger stadium since the the 45 world series as a one shot throwback.one thing though. even though you didn't really change the road uni (i still consider the red bill the road hat that just isn't being used now), what about bringing the cuba cubs script style back?
