Awesome. I don't suppose you'd mind sharing the .psd file you use for the template?

I think the highlight effect is perfect, that's something I can never get to look quite right.

These are not made in Photoshop, They are made in Inkscape.

I can send you a tutorial on how to do the highlights in Photoshop, its pretty easy.

Great stuff! You do good work. Couple of things I noticed about the Mariners and Reds logos:

Mariners: I think the sea green should be gray instead - the blue around the navigation logo with the green would pop more.

Reds: the circle around the logo looks strangely compressed. Maybe it should be stretched on the ends a bit to look more circular as opposed to oval.

I'm assuming that the "glare" or "highlight" effect is just an added layer on top of everything with a white object with a 50% or less opacity setting?

Foro the Yankees, what about using just the solid white logo without the white border around it like they use on the caps? I think that with the pinstripe back groud, the thin white border around the NY logo is a bit much and looks busy.

Yes the glare is just a added white layer on top, at 20% then used Clipping Mask.

The Mariners does not look right the way you described. To much gray.

The updated Yankees mark looks much cleaner. Very nice.

Would you mind explaining the clipping mask to me?
