I don't know if this is the right forum for this, but, I'm looking for a plain serif font where the letters are all at the same height when lowercase. I know there's a mode in MS Word WordArt that will let me do this, but, I'd like an actual font. If it comes in condensed it'd be nice, but, I'll take what I can get. Similarly, it'd be awesome if there's a free one, but, if there's not I'll deal.

I'm trying to get into the making concepts thing, and some logos are easy to vectorize using Live Trace (the Tigers D.) but some when you use live trace it simplifies them, which I know is what is supposed to happen, but I don't understand how people vectorize things. I'm sure theres a tutorial somewhere on the forum, but, when I did a search, I couldn't find one. I mean, some of the logos I want vectorized are easy to find (any of the four major sports) but some are not (the AFL). And, even logos I can find, it'd just be nice to know how to vectorize things well. So, could someone point me to a good tutorial?

I read somewhere that MLS has templates that teams must follow when creating new jerseys. Does anyone have these? Or, approximations of these based on current MLS jerseys? I have the soccer templates from the templates thread. Just wondering if anyone can get more specific.
