Same here, i had no idea and I'm a Twins fan, so I've seen the logo a time or two. Derp.

That almost looks like a TMNT at quick glance.

Most people just don't fricken care. Same with designer purses and shoes. Had some lady proudly showing off her cheap Chinese Nike shows the other day. "They're comfy, you can see the symbol is kind if spray painted but it's ok." Ugggh.

Saw my first new Nike NFL jersey in a thrift store today. 'twas a Percy harvin Vikings jersey from last year. Quite obviously counterfeit. Also, stained and beat to hell. What do people do in their jerseys? It was only a year old!

Not only is this the wrong uniform for Morneau, it's also the wrong number:
Then, he changed to 66, so 2 wrong uniforms:
He was 33 in Minnesota, so he just doubled it. Originally he started as 27 in Minnesota, but changed to 33 in honor of Patrick Roy.

Dicks like this...

$35 football, $25 baseball, $45 hockey. Yeah real legit.

Funny thing about that Seahawks set... I remember when it was considered one of the blandest uniforms in the NFL (mainly because they looked too much like the Cowboys and Lions, and wore silver/white/silver on the road, like their then-division rivals, the Raiders). Now everyone slobbers over them because of how bad uniform design has gotten over the past decade.
I bet when this board first opened, and someone started the thread about best and worst unis in the league, those Seahawks sets probably would have gotten a lot of worst votes.

I'm not sure how unpopular this is, but I hate drop shadowed numbers. I can't think of a single example of a uniform with drop shadowed numbers that wouldn't look better without it.
I think this is a great look
That has to be my all time least favorite use of the drop shadow of all time. Man, I HATE the navy with this look. It changes everything.

Arian Foster in a Browns uniform
Why?

The name of the game isn't to post a logo of a company that failed. I'll try spell it out for y'all. Company A has a classic logo, great business success for years, decades, etc. Company starts to flounder, or just decides to move in a different direction. They re-brand, try to make things look fresh or heading in a new direction. Company tanks and is no more. The last logo they had would be associated with failure, because this is when they failed. Classic logo still reminds people that the company was once good or successful.
The blockbuster logo above does not work here, because they were a very successful company for a long time with that logo. They are still around, kinda. If they change logos now, and this new venture doesn't work, then THAT logo can be posted.

Was that his first game as a Penguin? Even weirder that he starts out in a throwback.

Wow, i don't associate Roenick with the Flyers like at all. Blackhawks and Coyotes.

LOL, man its different seeing the stuff in real life. the jerseys hanging in the windows of Nationwide Arena and the logos all over town. the identity just works great everywhere. and since im not really a hockey fan at all, im allowed to say its best in the league, so there!
I think this is actually key. Most jerseys I've seen look significantly better in person, especially the on-field or on-court authentics. Even with HDTV, uniform colors and materials don't translate as well through the television; you really have to see them to appreciate their quality.
So true. My brother and I were just talking about this as we both got the Thrashers alt jersey. I pretty much got it for the historical significance, and didn't care for them all too much to begin with, but damn did it look good in person. I was impressed.

I don't eat Little Caesar's because Illitch owns them and the Red Wings
it shouldn't have had to come to this
Yes, it shouldn't be hockey reasons.
It should be pizza reasons.

Where would you rank it, as far as national mass-market fast food goes? I mean, Burger King is just the worst, McDonald's is pretty decent, Wendy's is fairly good, and White Castle is kind of a special case unto itself.
Side note: I got Subway for lunch today, because my mom gave us a couple of $5 gift cards as stocking stuffers. I had a bite of roast beef that tasted vaguely of fish, which differed from all the others that just tasted of unspecified animal protein. God, that place is a sandwich atrocity.
Personally, I would pick Hardee's over Wendy's. they're both good though. BK, uggghg. McDonald's is McDonald's.

Ignore button would go a long way to getting it back on course.

When you view a profile.
I don't know how much more straight forward I can say it.
What exactly is a "profile" though? Is that just member profiles, or does that include threads and such? I dont believe I have viewed member profiles 6,000 times.
When you click on someone's name, that's their profile. You haven't viewed 6,000 profiles, people have viewed yours 6,000 times.

I think this thread has run it's course.

There's a Jack FM in Minneapolis that's still going, same tag line. I think those are all around the country, aren't they?
