I find it odd that there is no distinction to the National Championship banners. It's like everything there is one equal accomplishment. Why blow a lot of money on a fancy banner that the NCAA's going to take away from you later? Uhhhh....which one are you referring to?

I have two versions.... one is just the uniforms and the other is the key with the numbers and all that jazz and extra is one they were supposed to wear in 1997 (I think)... That green alt is yicchy. Which one?

New Capitals Banners all suck And this is what ALL teams should do with the shield. List all the Championships there and, much like you said, exclude the useless or un-needed ones.

I do recall seeing the Diamondbacks ones...but sadly I can not find the images any longer. Apparently they have gone with their simple A logos and placed the year in which they won the world series, nl west and the national league pennant. If anyone has that, that would be good....

They did at one point have the 96 wild card winner banner on the outfield wall but have since removed it.... the last time I remember it there was in 2003 How many other teams have (or have had) a wild card "champion" banner? I believe the red sox did in 03 but quickly took that down. And I seem to remember the Orioles had one for the 96 wild card team...

Why don't the Blue Jays have an AL East Champs and AL Champs Banners for the years they won the World Series? Don't most teams have the banners for their division championships and League/Conference championships even when they win the Big Title? Good point... I do know for a fact that the Bruins have a different set of banners for division titles, conference champions, etc. but it is all on own banner...if that makes any sense..... I even think what I am referring to somewhere in this thread....

Really? Ever hear of Sam Bowie? LaRue Martin? Len Bias? Michael Olowokandi? Darko Milicic? Andrew Bogut? Back on topic, here's Robert Parish with the Bulls... Hit a nerve with Len Bias. Had Bias not killed himself, Boston would've won at least 5 more titles. I mean you would've had Bias, Bird, McHale, Parish, Johnson. Need I Continue? I am way too young to know this but I do know my NBA history and I may be correct when I say the Cs would have at least 20 NBA championships cuz no one could've matched up with that roster...
