Thank you, Nostradamus. I was replying to an earlier post and didn't realize which page I was on in the thread. Someone was making a strong case for Buffalo, of all schools, to join the B1G next. .... a STRONG case? More like: being a leftover. They can't just join, they have to be invited.

Charlotte and San Antonio.... just like I'm thinking. As far as your re-alignment goes, it would be far better if Houston stayed put. (I really hate having BOTH Texas teams in the same league.)

Ok. Considering how stacked the B1G is already, if they decide to go out and get 4 more schools with other conferences getting 12-16, SOME of these "Small timers" could get picked up just as leftovers. I'm pretty sure we'll see much more addition to FBS than subtraction. Especially now.

It would make more sense for Denver, Colorado and Sports Authority Field at Mile High to host the MWAC Championship Game. Actually, that would make more sense. And now that I think about it, I'd swap Texas State and UTSA.

As in....? What, stadiums? yes, stadiums. Well.... - Denver has Mile High Stadium (or whatever the hell they're calling it now) - Villanova has PPL park, a SSS PERFECT for a school of Villanova's size. - Georgetown has RFK, FedEx, or (if they get one of their own) DC United's stadium. OR they can expand the tiny stadium they have now. Then again, all three could build their own stadiums on or close to campus, so who knows? Ten years is a long time.
