  1. For those that are debating buying a $30-$40 knock off or the $100 replica jersey I will put it to you like this.

The quality of the material on the knock offs are just as good if not better than the replica. Nike makes all of their products in third world countries just like the bootleggers but unlike the bootleggers they have a high overhead to cover with licensing, advertising, and endorsement deals. Also, while you can tell a knock off from an authentic upon close inspection you can spot the "cheap" replica a mile away.

    I LOL'd

If I'm not mistaken I'm thinking this guy is on here just to promote that site that he is likely employed by, or runs himself. If they are of higher quality than the licensed ones then why on earth not charge more? It is better product after all no? I'm also pretty sure you don't need close inspection to see that the colour of a jersey is incorrect, or that the logo is 10 times to big.

first, i'm discussing about the topic here with everybody .second, i didnt refer that the knockoffs are of higher quality than the licened ones , i mean they are nearly the same if you check my message carefully .

They look like :censored: . You're trying to argue this why?

And @riatt cleavland can never be wrong for Lebron, the call it the Lebron era

I was trying to get across that both Cleveland and Miami will be "right" for LeBron, similar to how New Jersey/Nashville will be "right" for Parise/Suter, as well as Minnesota.

I disagree with that. Parise and Suter have something around 13 years in a Minnesota Wild uniform. If they both stick it out and have an impact, their overall stays at New Jersey and Nashville will be an afterthought since they won nothing there. And if LeBron plays more years with Miami with more hardware...he played for Cleveland? Really?

  3. i, on the other hand, think this is as close to perfect as they've ever been. if they cleaned up the "rules" of what does and doesn't have a white outline on there, it would be perfection.

i'd just drop white entirely, and go with purple/yellow in the same way sweden traditionally uses blue/yellow.

And I'd add white stripes to outline the yellow. The Forum Blue and Gold scheme is my favorite color set in NHL history.

  4. Stirrups aren't that awesome.

Agreed 8000%. When they went from stirrups to solid socks/long pants, I didn't shed a tear.

I emphatically agree. They serve absolutely no purpose and they look silly. They're a relic from the past and once we figured out how not to use poisonous dyes, stirrups should've been discontinued forever. They looked especially dumb in the 70's and 80's when they kept getting taller and taller and all you'd see was a skinny stripe of color on otherwise white socks.

Here's another unpopular opinion: I hate the knickered baseball pants look. Wear your pants to your shoes like an adult male. I don't like the dumb baggy pants look either, but this

    looks better than this

Get rid of the stirrups (I've always thought they looked awkward with that little bit of white at the bottom) and that Reds uniform is my favorite look in baseball.

I really think it just depends on the uniform for the pants/socks thing. For example, That Reds jersey above looks fantastic with the socks showing, but the Yankees pinstripes look awful when the socks are shown.

Jeter has it right. A-Rod does not.

Side Note: The Jumpman logo looks stupid on baseball gear.
