  1. I know for sure that the Tucson Padres are moving to El Paso. (No word if they will take on the Diablos moniker.) Any other news?
  2. Are Arkansas-Little Rock and Texas-Arlington going to stay football free in the Sun Belt?
  3. Notre Dame might be considering joining the "Catholic 7" Big East for a year before joining the ACC...
  4. Umass-Lowell jumping to Division 1? How many more schools are moving on up along with UNK and Grand Canyon?
  5. I lost the ability to create paragraphs with the return key ever since the new look of the boards. Has anybody have the same problem? Is there a solution?
  6. Where are the other Great West Conference members going?
  7. As in....? What, stadiums? yes, stadiums.
  8. ^^^ Where would the Denver Pioneers, Georgetown Hoyas and Villanova Wildcats play at? Edit: **** page breaks.
  9. Can somebody provide me a map of the Florida State League and California League? It would benefit my realignment plans if I get some geographic bearings on the teams' current locations.
  10. Hypothetical question: If the A's move to San Jose, where would the San Jose Giants move to keep the current California League divisional dynamics?
  11. I hope they like Ro-Tel down in SEC-Land Never heard of anything Ro-Tel until today. No lie, I am eating Ro-Tel Velveta Shells & Cheese as I type. LOL, It is a sign of things to come. Clever segue.
  12. Do you guys like the current renderings of Cisco Field, the proposed new home of the A's? It's okay.
  13. I really don't know if anything in both FBS or FCS will be the same in 10 years with the ways things are changing...
  14. Will the WAC dissolves or go the way of the Big West where it comes to football?
  15. George Mason and VCU play club football. What are the odds of them jumping over to NCAA? I heard that Richmond doens't have a proper Division I FCS stadium right now, and there's no drive for VCU to have a varsity football program right now, so the Rams are out for now. Don't know about George Mason. What do you think this is? I don't think University of Richmond would share Robins Stadium with VCU.

  17. With Georgia State heading to the Sun Belt, who does the CAA target?
  18. It wouldn't surprise me. You don't play home games in the Georgia Dome as a start up with an ultimate goal of the CAA. And C-USA/MWC would love to get a toehold in Atlanta. Makes sense. Isn't UTSA (Texas, San Antonio) pretty much joining the WAC after a few startup years in FCS? They play home games in the Alamodome. Yeah. The difference is that while Georgia State is taking their time before trying to make a move while UTSA is making the move just one year after they started their football program up. You also had to consider that the WAC needed members after losing Fresno State, Nevada and Hawaii so any delay in the move would be horrendous for them. UTSA may not join the WAC on July 1. They could abandon that plan to go to the Sun Belt. When the SUN BELT looks more attractive by comparison, then you know it's time for the WAC to just give up... Looks like Georgia State may be interested in the Sun Belt Conference too. Guess may nephew may have (accidentally) spoke too soon. http://www.sbnation.com/ncaa-football/2012/3/28/2909016/sun-belt-expansion-georgia-state http://www.ajc.com/sports/georgia-state/georgia-state-exploring-fbs-1357698.html http://blogs.orlandosentinel.com/sports_college/2012/03/report-georgia-state-could-join-the-sun-belt-in-2013.html UALR looks like the odd team out. Without a football program, they might be looking at the Southland.
  19. I would have NJIT go to America East, and UVU either go to WCC (even though they're public) or the Summit.
  20. Add a diagonal stripe on the back and these set are near perfection.
  21. Florida won't allow it. And since they're in the east, they're out of the Big East's geographical region. Their best bet would be the Sun Belt. Would Flordia Atlantic or Florida International want the competition?
