Finally, a good look at the helmet Mitchell leaked a couple weeks ago. I don't like the different logos, but I really like the addition of the stripe. If this keeps them away from the black helmets, I'm all for it.

No reason they couldn't have broken the mold and gone with something like this. (The EE looks like antlers if you squint) Even with that amount of extra coverage on the helmet, the stripe still looks good and not too busy. Honestly, the antlers should/could be way bigger, and a stripe would still work.

I originally had that and changed it, because the Alouettes were in white a lot longer than they were in silver, and frankly, I felt white looks better for them. Also, Ottawa definitely does not work with a white helmet.

I think I say this every year, but I think it's time the CFL went to a unique helmet colour for each team. BC: Orange Calgary: Red Edmonton: Yellow Hamilton: Black Montreal: White Ottawa: Silver Saskatchewan: Green Toronto: Blue Winnipeg: Gold

This is a very interesting case. The FireWolves posted this photo on June 24th, before the logo change was announced. The wordmark on the shirts is the new one, but all the rest of their branding from this event and online was the old stuff. It seems that this change was subtly in the works before this.

This was the perfect Oilers set. The alternate was historical, yet different enough to be marketable, while not being boring (here's looking at you, Islanders)

I honestly think they could. The helmets have been noticeably absent from all of the reveal photos.

That's clearly a throwback jersey. Is this logo. Used from 1945-1971 Also, from the previously mentioned new Stampeders' helmet sighting a few pages back, the important thing here is STRIPES. The Stamps haven't had stripes on their helmets since 1994.
