Unpopular opinion:
I like the OKC Thunder main Home and Away uniforms. They are pretty classic to me.
Can't stand the logo however.

I never had a problem seeing the falcon in profile in the old logo. It seemed to me to have come from the world of the old Pink Panther cartoons, where the characters would skulk around in silently nonchalant fashion to a bluesy tune. It was that "cool" in my eyes.
That said, I didn't see or conceive of the letter F in that logo. The 2003 update made that connection a lot clearer.
True. In that way the 2003 update did solve alot of problems. It's just so 2003. The local fans love the new logo but I've been seeing alot of vintage gear around lately. I feel like they may hold on to the current logo for another 5 years. a part of me wouldnt want it updated to anything but the old logo. I think we can all agree though they definitely should update the current era kit. It was my favorite uniform back in 2003, but with time my opinion like timeless looks more. I also really miss the falcons being black at home. Black Jersey, Black Helmet. I think there's something really powerful about that.

I consider the old Falcons logo the epitome of a "less is more" look, and when you combine that simplicity with a plain black helmet and sharp - but not overdesigned - uniforms, you have what I consider a classic look - in my opinion the Falcons' 1997-2002 look was their best ever. Mine is probably an unpopular opinion too.
I have to agree with this as well the 97-2002 look was amazing, but I do remember at the time feeling like the new 2003 sets were needed. Now I come to appreciate the old gear.

Not NBA but I've always been fascinated by the ABA's San Diego Conquistadors "Q's" Jersey. The branding is minimal and modern yet feels very classic

Same. I thought it was such a cool quirk. I remember I loved playing at Enron in video games when that stadium first opened.
I honestly don't mind it other than the fact the numbers shouldn't be volt on the white jersey.
Hawks identity is hated on constantly. I feel like its a good refresh. Both the away and Alt jerseys are my favorite non-traditional jerseys in the league right now. My only complaints are the bat-winged Alt logo and i'd agree about the volt numbers on white. Overall its a pretty fun and fresh identity for the league.

blasphemy. An updated Raiders logo is like if they updated the bulls logo. It would kill the prestige of a near flawless brand. This is the Unpopular opinions thread so I'll shut up
Unpopular Opinion:
I think the Houston Rockets 2003 spaceship inspired logo, jerseys, and colors are perfect.
I love the simple red and grey. Its very unique for the league and the logo design is very identifiable and progressive for a basketball team as a global brand.
I feel like them bringing in the BFBS, the checkers, and the throwback ish "clutch City" yellow is gimmicky and in bad taste. They also are belittling their brand with so many inconsistent jerseys and colors.
That being said I'd love to see the brand just stick to the clean and unique just Red, Grey, and White.
Even the original Jersey cuts were cooler. I understand modernization, I'd just say Keep it simple!

I wish the wizards went with something like (copper and Sky blue) that as a call back to an older era with a twist
