Yea I wouldn't consider ECW a failure, for a fed that ran from 1993-2001, it is fondly remember, and never got bad,and people still chant it today. You're not going to post every wrestling fed that isn't active anymore as a failure. Anyways

The thing that would make me mad if I was a fan of any of those teams is that the replica jerseys and shirts have the names on it. That always bugs me, seeing Yankees t-shirts at uniform places with names on the backs. It would drive me nuts. Then again, it'd also drive me nuts to be a Yankees fan Lol very true. I wonder if its something the players association makes them do so that way the mlbpa and the player gets a cut from the sales of the shirt or replica jersey since they probably cant is it doesn't have a player's name on it,

Maybe a year or 2 at most but I don't see it lasting longer really than it did, the wave number and name is just so damn goofy and the striping looks like a drunk child drew it, I just hate how there's no consistency to the thickness of the stripes. Also the blues changed their uniforms to have regular numbers the same year the islanders did for the 97-98 season.

Agreed. I didnt like how they make they shrunk the B and S for this year, what wa sthe point of that if they were just going to rebrand for next season?

I agree, no baseball player should be above mlb that everyone has to wear their number. I get it, the country was mean once upon a time and didn't allow colored people in the mlb, do we have to be reminded of it every year? If everyone is truly equal then we shouldn't have to come across as kissing their asses for the past still. But that's just my opinion. While I think everyone wearing 42 is a bit much, I don't think the impact of Jackie Robinson's achievements should be ignored or saved for the major anniversaries. I think remembering him and paying tribute to him every year is the right thing to do. I'm not saying he should be completely ignored, bring it up, show the clips, Hell wear a patch for the day, but they don't have to go to the ridiculous lengths that they currently do.
