  1. Probably related to the shift to china
  2. Don't forget the 1998 Expansion was the league apologizing to the players for collusion. So it kind of was an afterthought. Also don't forget just 4 years later they tried to contract two teams - namely the Twins and Expos.
  3. They have the Rockies: https://www.mitchellandness.com/authentic-turn-ahead-the-clock-jersey-colorado-rockies-1999-larry-walker-ajy1ac1
  4. They no longer officially have the "of Anaheim" in their name as it's no longer required as part of their agreement with the city of Anaheim.
  5. Love this idea!! A nice throwback, plays with baseball's historical significance in American culture, and appropriate for what we're all going through right now.
  6. Yes network just shared a post to Facebook that I think gives us our first look at the AL ASG Uniforms: Looks like they're sticking with the AL in white as the home team. I love this jersey. If it wasn't for the swoosh, I think this would be an easy buy
  7. About as close as you're going to get for now
  8. A lot of the teams individual clubhouse shops around the cities are all owned by Lids, and therefore fanatics. I know both the Yankees and the Mets are for sure. The stadiums tend to have mostly the same stuff, but a few exclusives thrown in here and there. In NY/NJ I've found that Modells tends to have the most variety that differs from the Fanatics affiliated shops. Online the best option for variety seems to be the individual manufacturer sites, IE '47 Brand, Majestic, etc. but for MLB I've found some cool stuff on the European store and Amazon.co.jp.
  9. I don't think that's a night game - note the sunglasses
  10. Has anyone found a collection of the pullovers a lot of teams have been wearing for ST warmups?
  11. Woah, these are AWFUL. These are the only ones that aren't terrible:
  12. Oh - Yankees ones didn't have them. At least not on the front
  13. Jesus Nike even added the swoosh to the Shirseys? Do they know no limits??
  14. Yep, I cannot wait till MLS gets out of Yankee Stadium. It destroys the field and it just looks awful with those faded soccer lines on the field. Plus I hate seeing the MLS logo given equal billing to the Yankees all over the place - even a lot of the cups only say "Yankee Stadium" on them now instead of being the cool collector cups we used to have.
  15. Make the lettering and logo Yellow, add some yellow piping on the collar/sleves and a stripe on the pants, this is a solid look.
  16. Jays ST cap posted to Reddit:
  17. How are all those ugly fashion camo jerseys in the top sales? I get that they're cheap but :censored:...who would pay for that? No team texts and that hideous fractal camo pattern...
  18. That's a change - the 49Forty used to be the low profile hat...I wonder if they convinced MLB to give them an exclusive?
  19. While this is true, they were also the team that volunteered to be contracted less than 20 years ago.
  20. The Hanshin Tigers unveiled their 2020 uniforms and they've gone with an interesting gradient look
  21. I went to dozens of games last year - including the playoffs - and they were visible for all of them, as well as turf wear around midfield and the nets. And everyone I've gone with has complained about it and called it a joke. Giants Stadium sits empty all summer and is the right shape - go there if you want to play soccer.
  22. It's not called "NYCFC Stadium' it's YANKEE STADIUM. It's not "NYCFC Entertainment and Sports" it's Yankees Entertainment and Sports. It's not their own stadium, and quite frankly, I, as well as most fans, want them gone. It's an embarrassment seeing soccer lines on my otherwise pristine baseball field.
  23. Maybe? Seems odd though - I wonder if New Era put up a stink? Same there's no casual fitting fitted hat for fans now.
  24. Website has plenty for Non-MLB teams - MLB teams on the other hand, not so much.
