The Rawlings jerseys are likely the jerseys that the complex leagues use.  Minor leagues require the uniforms to be different outfitters than the majors for some reason.  I used to work for the Blue Jays and Phillies in Florida and thats what was explained to me.

Probably so that they dont tie up the manufacturer of the Major's jerseys with their orders. Plus when you factor in all the novelty game jerseys Minor Leagues do, that's a lot of extra work.

This part, I can't argue with.  Aside from the helmet, the rest is terrible.

My cousin and I working as part of the retail division, my cousin managed the store in FedEx Field before joining the Army, toward the end of my cousin's run Snyder's wife was put in charge of the Retail stores, the team had close to 6 or 7 off site in local malls. Well, she decided it would be a good to change the stores to be merch boutiques and not merch stores because all the stores carried far too much merchandise. Not too long after a year or two, all the mall stores closed and the stadium store is now run by Fanatics.

She was also part of the decision to bring in someone who worked at FYE to run the store after my cousin left and instructed that the stadium store, which had no more than 6 customers on non game days, to dramatically rearrange the whole store on a weekly basis.

ESPN, FOX Sports, TNT form Voltron for new sports streaming venture. This is huge.

They all feel threatened with Amazon investing in (and eventually buying) Bally's Sports so like the networks did with Hulu (as an answer to Netflix) they want to create something that combats that.

Yeah, it feels like they’re unsure of this one. The apps are updated with it, but there’s several places that still seem to have the old one.

There was also supposed to be a Major GUI overhaul which hasnot happened yet.

As far as the logo, its what everyone else is doing trying to essentially make a App logo and use that as their product logo. All its really doing is confusing the older crowd who rely on Pluto as their "Cable TV" and really dont know how to find access anything else.

DC had really good crowds too, although the Commanders being owned by Daniel Snyder at the time probably had a lot to do with that.

But since this season its been almost worse, I can totally see the crowds still coming out for this.

The MLS has got to start asking the fans more for input on new logos because it seems like every rebrand for the past few years other than the Sounders has been terrible.

I feel the way it works sometimes is the team asks for a logo, and while the team is getting community/fans input, SUM separately hire some company to do their own logo independent of the team. These ideas are then combine, the fans input gets ignored, and then the league gets some designs, and then they take their one choice to the team and be like "Take it or leave it". I feel like Columbus (name change), Montreal (snowflake), Chicago (fire logo), owners did not have a choice this is what the league gave them. And part of the way to save face was those owners were forced by the league to take the bullet.

I think the Sounders had enough clout to say NO to MLS/SUM to be able to have more control. I would say Portalnd (when they switched to the secondary) and LA (lafc) as well.

Where are they gonna play? The Guardians didn't do well at MetLife and not sure if they can get Red Bull Arena. So until NYCFC's stadium is completed (and assuming they'd get permission to use it), where would a NY area team play? The Generals identity doesn't solve that problem.

The NY UFL team played at Hofstra University, so they could use that

US only, as our society is fickle AF with marketing. I think everywhere else has different artificial sweetners that they could use so what is there is not the same Diet Coke we have. My wife who is a Coke snob said that Mexican Diet Coke tastes more like Coke Zero than the American one does.

I was gonna point out that the New Coke wordmark is still in use in the Diet Coke line, but it looks like they updated it as some point and I never noticed.

Looks like another version was used as recently as 2013:

You know the rumored legend about Diet Coke?

Diet Coke is allegedly a sugar free version of New Coke, which its never referred to as Diet CocaCola, because its not a Diet verson CocaCola. While Coke Zero was anointed CocaCola Zero (Sugar) because its in fact a sugar free version of CocaCola. CocaCola did not want to name anything diet, sugar free, zero "Coca Cola" until they got something that acuatually resembled CocaCola.

    The Commanders 😃

All joking aside I fully expect them to have one next year using that all leather looking helmet wrap they used to have with the Darker Burgundy uniform sans the Native American patches on the shoulders.

    The already sell the jersey:
