  1. Snyder has wanted Black as a team color since Spurrier was coach. I have a back and burgundy polo they required us to wear on game days when I worked there as well as a burgundy with black trim winter sidelines jacket. For the record I worked game day retail while I was in grad school, my cousin was the manager of the store in FedEx field and would fill in for him and when they needed extra help.
  2. I think it’s the COMMANDERS word mark as it’s not under the NFL logo.
  3. Didn’t the Rams or Chargers do that when the unis were updated for the new stadium.
  4. From a Facebook Post some kind of flyer: https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=10226717608663022&set=a.1384798536674&type=3 https://m.imgur.com/a/fx1vBCk
  5. The thing in the left is probably the Lincoln Memorial.
  6. Apparently on Reddit they said NBC4 in DC ran a story about the unveiling preparations at the stadium and there were Commanders banners everywhere. Like they weren’t trying to hide it. The Team store at FedEx screen shot from News Broadcast
  7. The cap itself looks like one of those generic brand caps from a website where you upload an image and get it embroidered on to something, and not Fanatics, 47, or New Era
  8. Whatever was planed for the Bowie Baysox got delayed on cancelled because they got new ownership: https://www.milb.com/bowie/news/attain-sports-and-entertainment-acquires-bowie-baysox-and-frederick-keys
  9. Top as well. Also I think the bottom was a first take and the team wanted a variation of the W used now, maybe not to put of people with the existing WFT merch. Thus the top was born.
  10. A Reddit post where the COMMANDERS with the 2 lines matches a glimpse of the new jersey: https://www.reddit.com/gallery/rydooq
  11. And the top says Washington DC Football Club Commanders
  12. If they go with a military theme it could be a roundel logo akin to a challenge coin which is a really big thing in military circles.
  13. This screams all the merch that came out when I worked there part time when Spurrier became Head Coach. Where they added black for black sake. Snyder has been wanting to add Black to the team colors for almost 20 years now.
  14. Someone on reddit suggested that the stripe is actually the Washington Monument, kind of like this view:
  15. Or as the Washington Capitals use it to represent MD, DC, VA or The 3 stars on the DC Flag
