Pretty much spot on. Clubs select what they want to wear for home matches. This year we only submitted home matches. Typically 9 outta 10 times the kit the home team selects is worn unless it can't be worn for contrast sake. Then typically its a switch to a different kit or the combo is changed (shorts, socks, etc.) We don't have any expectations to wear kits a certain amount of times (other than our own internal goals) from what I've experienced in this process.

I don't believe we have either. For the first time in a long time the club can swap any part of the kit combo with the primary and secondary. Something you'll see more often this year.

This isn't always true. Clubs pick the main differences between the replica and authentic. Typical go to is not included certain sign-offs on replicas (jocktag, back neck, necktape). Always the easiest change since these are considered the high end finishes on a jersey. If it's an emboss pattern, it's certainly not off the table it wouldn't get included on the replica version. Again just not always the go to choice.

I'd assume it's an image of the replica. The adi stripes, logo and Inter Miami logos are all stitched on. Whereas authentic is the plastic badges, etc. So still reason to believe it could have a pattern on the authentic.
