Glad to see mine is still in the top 10. But man there's some interesting options to say the least.

Yours is the only one to choose of these I’m afraid which probably means it won’t

I really love your concepts for the MLF universe. You mentioned that you will probably not be doing any concepts for any of your other leagues though. Is there any chance you could post the team names for the other leagues? I'm very curious to what you came up with.

Thank you for the kind words. If I get a moment I will. I would like to show some updates I have done over the last few years as well. Just hard to find time to do so.

  3. I thought the first two games were played well for the most part for teams just learning to play with each other. The look of the games was pretty good and really like the aesthetics for the most part.

Overall I thought it was great to watch and I am looking forward to watching more games . It did hurt them that the games we delayed/postponed. Probably will not have as much issue going forward as the games are more spread out. I do think attendance will suffer some but should be expected .

  4. I am no Patriot fan or Mac Jones fan but if you watched the game tonight and thought Mac Jones played poorly I would wonder if I ever knew what playing good looks like. He made some really good throws and showed a lot of poise but come up short. If anything I would question kicking the field goal there. Could Cam do better I seriously doubt he would as the Pats offense did not really fit him well.

  5. Too me this would be perfect with orange shoulder caps on the black & white jerseys with black tiger stripes like the orange jersey and with solid orange stripes down the side of the white pants with black tiger stripes like the color rush pants. Their is always something that seems to be missing to me anyways with Nike even when they get it right that could take it over the top.

  6. The actual women of the Lady Vols fought to get that name back after it was decided they would just be Volunteers. I think they can be whatever they want to be called. If the women want to be called Lady "X' then let them be called that. I had no problem either way but everyone was gonna call our women's basketball team the Lady Vols because it was their brand.

I keep on seeing comparisons with the Seattle Dragons and UAB Blazers, but not a comparison of the two. Here you go, in case you were curious like me:

...and, yep, those are pretty similar. But Seattle has a fin!

I really do not think they are that similar other than profile is basically the same. I think an argument could be made this would be a good update for UAB though. The unnecessary second green is my only complaint with Seattles.

    Head Coach Tom Shurtz
    Offensive Coordinator Mike Haley
    Defensive Coordinator Dan Bradley
    General Manager Brian Light
    Owner(s) John Henry Jones III
    Colors Red, White, & Blue
    MLF Championships 5

Overview: Washington has been a very steady team under Tom Shurtz but have never won the big game. They do have a feel good story in former Canadian Football Association QB Anthony Kovalev becoming the starter for them the last three years. He has been pretty productive as well throwing 35 TD's his first year starting but dropping off to 25 TD's last year. RB Jamaal Burris is still one of the best backs in the league at 29 years old. WR Jaraan Williams is always in the top 10 in catches. The defense is under first year coordinator Dan Bradley who has rose through the coaching ranks after his retirement just five seasons ago. The defense has some talent with DT Montae Hayward & LB Ty Payton & one of the best SS in Trumaine Tillman.

    Head Coach Ronnie Oliver
    Offensive Coordinator Josh Olson
    Defensive Coordinator Daryll Byrd
    General Manager Brandon Brown
    Owner(s) Alex Angelos
    Colors Teal & Orange
    MLF Championships none

Overview: Tampa Bay has went from one of the oldest teams to across the board to one of the youngest teams. The first step was hiring 40 year old defensive coordinator Ronnie Oliver to replace Buddy Zimmer. He brought 35 year Josh Olson in as offensive coordinator from their days in Memphis under legendary coach Don Brooks. The next step was drafting QB Jake Roth that same year then adding pieces ever since. 2nd year standout WR Jabrill Jones looks to be one of the best to come out in a long time. The final offensive piece was drafting RB De'Angelo Johnson this year in the second round. The defense also got big boost drafting DT Kalei Kekoa in the first round while LB's Derrick Perryman & Terrell Morrison lead the charge in the middle. CB's Chad Mixon & Anthony Webster are capable of making big plays as well.

    Head Coach Mike Marinella
    Offensive Coordinator Steve Gansz
    Defensive Coordinator Jim Haluchak
    General Manager Joe Snead
    Owner(s) Rick Hammonds
    Colors Seattle Green & Yellow
    MLF Championships 1

Overview: Despite having one of the best QB's in Marvin Carter Seattle has continued to struggle to compete in the extremely hard AC West Division. The offense is not the problem even though they tend to forget about the running game surprisingly enough they resigned RB Jarvis Martin who is 31. TE Tony Verreli is 34 & their best WR Trey Smith is 32 so they are certainly running out of time with this talented roster. The offensive line is young at the tackles with second year RT Eric Eaton & first round pick LT Cole Richardson. The middle of line is solid with veteran G's Levon Jackson & Antonio Richmond along with C Donnell Avery. The defense has struggled in recent years but has a really good CB in Shaun Westbrook.

Wasn't expecting the Stallions to switch from Purple & Gold to Silver & Black. But nonetheless, the new look is quite impressive.

Also, excellent work with the new Purple & Black look for the San Francisco Hawks (though you might wanna fix the "Atlanta Blazers" typo in the header of their style guide)

Silver & Black was the original look for so long then I switched for some reason I think because I changed Pittsburgh's colors... good catch I have not had much time to work on this I will update tomorrow & hopefully finish this series this week

  12. SAN FRANCISCO HAWKS
    Founded 1953
    Based In San Francisco, California
    Home Field Levis Stadium
    Head Coach Teryl Ward
    Offensive Coordinator Mike Castillo
    Defensive Coordinator Ray Edwards
    General Manager Les Hunley
    Owner(s) Jeff Guthrie
    Colors Purple, Silver, & Black
    MLF Championships 1

Overview: The Hawks futility has lasted for years but they hope they have found the answer in 2nd year QB Josh Sanchez. The big strong armed Stanford product is really the type of franchise player every team hopes for now it is time for them to put some pieces around him. RB is questionable since none of the players have much experience. WR Kenard Hamilton is pretty good & they are hoping rookie Trey Wims will help out. Veteran T Melvin Wilkerson has never played for another team & is still a very capable at age 36. The defense is strong led by LB's Desmond Watson, Nick Van Noord & Hassan Thompson.

  13. SAN DIEGO SHARKS
    Founded 1972
    Based In San Diego, California
    Home Field Qualcomm Stadium
    Head Coach Gill Gilbert
    Offensive Coordinator Bob Christenson
    Defensive Coordinator Ray Perry
    General Manager John Allen
    Owner(s) Virginia Hunt
    Colors Sea Green & Slate
    MLF Championships none

Overview: After a few miserable years of ineptitude San Diego has become one of the best teams in the league the last five years under the direction of GM John Allen & head coach Gill Gilbert. The main reason is the best RB in the league D'Andre Barber who has had some of the best seasons by RB ever. However when they acquired former Toronto Rhino QB Matt Holecek is when this team really took off four years ago. He has a very good WR in Bobby Owens as well. The offensive line is very good led by C Max Larsen & T Jake Steinburg. They also upgraded at G with first round pick Jamarco Brown. The defense is good led by DT Marcus Canty & LB's Eric Lee & Derrick Harris with a strong secondary with CB Schea Wright & S Ronnie Butler.
