In all seriousness, I created a Utah team for NHL 24 and named them the Eagles, using the state flag's colors. Dark royal, red and yellow looks OK, but a bit like the KC Scouts/Colorado Rockies.

George Halas and Lamar Hunt were pillars of football, the original owners of their teams and helped found the NFL and AFL, respectively. I have no problem with their perma-memorials. There's no comparison between them and Al Lerner or William Clay Ford.

I saw the 'hot' tag on this thread and got excited there was a leak. Instead, it's state flag talk.

(Texas is No. 1. The only state flag to also be a country's flag.)

Naked Katy Perry and a ball sack. This thread has gone off the rails in the best way possible. 

Looking again at the Yankees uniform, if they weren't going to make the script slightly bolder they should've kept the outline. I'm still glad they dumped the sleeve piping.

I forgot how much I like that Katy Perry uniform.

The new Yankee jersey popped up on Reddit. Assuming this is legit, I don’t love it as much as I expected. The wordmark should be bolder. 

Just perfect.

Perhaps, but last year when Dansby Swanson was introduced he got a jersey with the walking bear patch.  I made sure to check that. 

At his introductory presser. Craig Counsell was given a Cubs jersey without a walking bear patch on the left sleeve. Sign of an ad coming? 

When he was introduced in 2019, David Ross’ jersey did have the sleeve patch.

I would’ve preferred the stripe matched the pants stripe but these are still quite good. 
 

I kinda wish the Browns would’ve incorporated this drop shadow into their main set, though I understand why they wanted to get away from the Nike-tastic disaster.

Not for nothing, but the day I attended a game at the Yards I saw those white panel bird caps flying of the shelves (one of which landed right in my left hand, in my bag, out the door and directly onto my noggin)...meanwhile I don't think I saw a single O's cap move. 

I live in Chicago, I am not from Baltimore and have only visited twice, never been to a game at Camden Yards and I am not an O’s fan, but my 39Thirty home cap is one of my go-to hats to wear. Better yet, I’ve seen other people in Chicago wearing it and it always starts a conversation. Just a beautiful and whimsical design in a world that sometimes is too serious.

Perhaps, but the helmet is the most important part of a team’s brand. 

Did anybody notice that ESPN’s Commies helmet graphic had a gold facemask? Probably a mistake, but as Bob Ross would say, a happy little accident.  

Unpopular opinion: the script Terps uniforms suck and going back to them is a severe over-correction.
