As far as championship banners go I have to give this one a big fat F. It looks like the kind of banner the team throws on the outside of the stadium immediately after winning just to have something to celebrate. The Rangers didnt even come up with a design. They just took the copy/paste art that MLB created for the 2023 World Series Champions. They could have added a border or something to personalize it. In this video you cant even make out what year they are celebrating. Hopefully the gold contrasts better in person. How much you want to bet that the banner is blank on the backside so all the fans in the right field bleachers see either a white banner or a reverse image.

While its shocking to see the 11 have a new sponsor every week when it was FedEx for so long, I have at least heard of Express Oil Change. They are a quick lube shop mostly in the southeast.

20 years ago the Pennzoil car at least had a black hood and stripes. But yes, now Pennzoil leans heavily into yellow.

Here is the full set of uniforms for Texas A&M this season. I'm not sure why the Adidas and SEC patch placements aren't consistent. I would think the red, white, blue themed uniform will be for just a single game. I would prefer a single throwback option and there is no need for a cream AND pinstripe Aggies script uniform. 8 uniforms is way too many Here is last year's full uniform options

With Texas A&M having a new coach, they might actually have more than just a single home look and single away look. I don't think they'll have as many helmets as Duke did when Elko was their coach, but we'll see.

Texas A&M updated their court a few weeks ago by adding wood stain to inside the 3-point arc and changing the SEC logo to a colored filled version rather than just maroon text and circle. I'm guessing the wood stain is an homage to when the key and state of Texas were stained roughly 15 years ago. Previous court for reference

Texas A&M is wearing maroon pants for the first time in many years. A&M never wore any alternate looks with Jimbo as HC. Every game since the new uniforms debuted for the 2020 season has had them in white pants.

I think the UConn ones are weird because they have copies of their banners at the XL Center in Hartford where other pro teams play. So they wanted a banner that said UConn that also distinguished what sport it was for as well as if it was the men's or women's team.

I don't want the Adams family and NFL to win this, but I can see their point where UH was essentially doing everything in their power to hint that its a Oilers uniform wheras if some random team in Kansas wore columbia blue uniforms with white helmets we would just think "those like like the oilers, neat"
