  1. Somehow, Nike managed to get the 49ers down to two sleeve stripes...awesome.
  2. The shadow on his left leg looks a little like Abraham Lincoln. Just an observation.
  3. NFL: Denver Broncos, Chicago Bears, San Fransisco 49ers MLB: Chicago Cubs, Cleveland Indians NCAA: Arkansas Razorbacks, Kentucky Wildcats (mostly basketball for UK) NBA: Chicago Bulls NHL: Chicago Blackhawks
  4. That'd be great, except Brooks & Dunn broke up in 2010. Stop complaining. The halftime show was NOT that bad. I've seen better and worse, and so have you. Let's all stop acting like this is the harbinger of the apocalypse, please? Well said. I thought it started awkwardly, with the big Cleopatra parade thing, but it got totally redeemed when Madonna shuffled with LMFAO and I got to see Cee Lo Green in what looked like a wizard robe. Also, the set they used was awesome. As for AndrewPF's point, Madonna's obviously had some work done on her face. But she's still looking pretty great, impressively doing all those stunts at 53, and I'd hit it like late-90s Mark McGwire. I don't think late-90s Mark McGwire had much to hit with.
  5. At this moment, I'm no longer going to have 2 sets. Each team will have one set and they'll face a divisional rival in that set. So the split Triangles uniform will be out. Unless I decide to do two match-ups for the season, then it may return and every team will have two sets, but not necessarily a home and away set. We'll just have to see how it plays out. As far as the team identities go, it really just depends on each team. I'm trying to find throwbacks that haven't been used in the NFL before, so some teams may keep their current identity, and some may not. I'm not sure what I'll do for a team like Carolina, but I'm sure I'll find something. I do want it to be from an actual team, and not something I created though. Cool. 1) Will you be going back and showing us what the rivalries for the teams already done are? 2) Though I see why you're doing what you're doing, I also liked having two completely distinct sets of uniforms to look it in some cases (like with Philadelphia and Chicago [Cardinals]). Kind of like a two for one deal! The teams already done were for an earlier theme I had, so I'm probably not gonna use most of those.

  7. Trust me, that's what I'm doing. haha The more I look at the logo, the less I like it, so it may get changed anyways haha. I'll start posting pictures with each set as soon as I get this next one done. That's a very good idea though. I showed these to my grandpa and he went crazy over these. Brought back great memories for, my grandpa was at the Triangles first ever game. Some call it the "First Professional Football Game" ever. He talks about it and them all the time. They played right down the street from him, and him and his freinds would sit and watch them practice everyday Sorry to get off topic, but I have heard him talk about them alot and felt the need to post it. I don't mind! That's really awesome, glad you were able to show him.
  8. Ok, I get what you're saying. I might do division rivals or something, but I'll keep that theme going instead. Thanks for the input and help
  9. Haha they could poke your eye out! I see what you're saying, but even the AFL anniversary uniforms had a home and away set. What if I just modified the home set to make an away set?
  10. Cincinnati Bengals First team up is Cincinnati. Cincinnati had the Reds, but there wasn't anything spectacular about their uniforms, so I did a little searching. I came across the Dayton Triangles and I knew I had to use them. This set is based off of the 1927 and 1928 uniforms. I thought this was a very unique set, that would interesting to see used with a modern template. Let me know what you guys think! C&C!
  11. This is our winner. I'll start getting uniforms up shortly!
  12. That's pretty much what I had in mind. I'm not sure the shoulder patches would look as good as they did for 50.
  13. It's possible for it to be a mix. I know some teams won't have shoulder numbers. What do you think?
  14. One final bump before the poll closes.
  15. If you haven't submitted your vote in the actual poll, I'm gonna need you to do that.
  16. Ok, I'm just gonna have a poll and see what everyone likes best, after that I'll continue on. Here are the options: A.) B.) C.) D.) E.)
  17. NFL - Invesco Field at Mile High (Broncos, Raiders, Bears), New Soldier Field (Bears, 49ers), Edward Jones Dome (Rams, Bears) MLB - Wrigley Field (Cubs, Pirates, Reds), Rangers Ballpark in Arlington (Rangers) MiLB - Dickey-Stephens Park (Arkansas Travelers) Division II NCAA Football - Wilkins Stadium (SAU Muleriders) Division II NCAA Basketball - W.T. Watson Athletic Center (SAU Muleriders) Division II NCAA Baseball - Walker Stadium (SAU Muleriders) ...the last 3 were mostly a joke haha
  18. I know what you mean, I think it would have worked for 50, but 100 is a hard number to center in a thing like that.
  19. bump. Just looking for some more feedback on the latest logo.

    Cody21's NHL

You missed drdougfresh's point before he deleted it. Patchey colored the lighter gray white, which brightened up the logo, while Cody just filled it all as the same gray and created a huge mess. More or less, actually that was a lot less haha Actually you're both right. It was an error on my part, as I accidently filled in the lighter grey with white when I was cleaning the logo up. I would have done away with the light grey anyways. It was an error on my part, kind of ironic when I was trying to show someone how to do something error free. Ehh, what difference does it really make? He hasn't been getting the point anyway. haha
