Was REALLY hoping those early leaks a few months ago were fake. Hope was totally lost yesterday morning. They are pushing these jerseys so much on their social media (Twitter, Instagram)...almost like "please look at this many times and maybe you'll like them more and more..." It's not working. Majority of Phillies fans absolutely hate these. IF....big IF...they chose a different font, rather than this 'Heavy metal cover band / This is Spinal Tap' looking font, it could be a slight improvement?? The "7" looks like a "?" ....or a "2" with a faulty LED display showing the bottom line. LOL, I don't know. The hat however is ok I guess. The Liberty Bell with city skyline silhouette...it does remind me of a generic design you'd find at a Philly tourism store however.

This is beyond disappointing and just hideous...and lazy! I was actually confused at first thinking this was some Philadelphia Union baseball style jersey City of Phila. official colors, some goofy "heavy metal cover band" themed font. What the....

Oh God. I wouldn't be shocked if it is. Don't like these at all! *Edit*, starting to think these really are the jerseys. Someone already mentioned "Brotherly" just looks too big and out of place, I agree.

It was bugging the heck out of me as well. Couldn't tell if it was the outline of the "I" & reflection messing up the perspective or what. Both the L on the left and the I on the right LOOK like they slightly tilt inward. It lines up horizonally though. Strange. I would love to see a super high res of this, or of course a vector/EPS format. *Against a green background

Nah, same here. I think it's because the jersey is slightly twisted, leaning as it hangs. The "3" is skewed a tad bit. The GSW uni's in general just baffle me. I like Dallas Mavs City's the best.

I still love the classic home pinstripe Phillies jerseys with the retro "P" , even the gray away jerseys that came out in the mid-lates 80s until 92. I may be in the minority...I LOVE the all maroon "Saturday Night Special" worn in 1979...then dropped like a bad habit real fast. Team hated it, and lost in a miserable game to the Expos. It was brought back again in 2019 for one night, Braves kicked the Phillies butts in that one. I don't know if the team will ever wear these again. 1979 2019

LOVE the Thrift Store finds! Grabbed this Phillies Chase Utley Phillies jersey with 2009 WS patch and Harry Kalas memorial patch for $15 about a year ago. And this heavy Phillies jacket by Majestic for $18! (Those jeresy's, jackets used to run $120+) IMO, Majestic made far better merch than the over-expensive Nike stuff. Fanatics made clothes...eh, I find it's junk. And this "2019 Yankees World Series hat" - $5 bucks at a near by Ross last winter. Only bought it since this seemed to be a rare find, Yankees never made it to WS, lost to Astros in 2019 ALCS.

It's played NON STOP from cars going by, in the stores...even blasted Rittenhouse Sq. a small little park in Center City Philly twice a day...and fans gather around and sing it. when Phillies clinched the Postseason (against HOU) weeks ago, the local Philly Sports channel showed the locker room celebration and --- this song, which I had NO idea what it was--- was blasting, team gathered and singing knowing all the lyrics. So to no surpise, social media blew up asking "what is the song!!?" - Many mentioned Robyn, which is true...she sang the original years ago. Others stating this Calum Scott (I never heard of the guy...lol) NO idea why, or the meaning of the lyrics for a "fight song", right now it's catchy, I admit...but in time I may get tired of it soon. lol *I remember vividly Tag Team "Whoop, There It Is" was the Phillies anthem was back in 1993 when they clinched the pennant. Thanks...from a fan! Seriously..kudos to the Padres, they made this an insane roller coaster of emotions, especially those final 2 games. This team from MANY did not expect this...myself included. Heck, almost missing Postseason totally (so thanks to the Brewers also for the help) And when we did, I felt good about St Louis, but Padres or even the Dodgers...nope But to get to the WS, no way did I expect that! - That Bryce HR sealing the Pennant, no words! So...right now, Im actually thankful the games don't start unil Fri, my nerves need a brief break, lol. It's just fun right now, not only baseball...by MLS Union one win away from Championship, Eagles still undefeated - (home game against Steelers the atmosphere...Kelce perhaps firing up home crowd more COULD help?) , Flyers...well, hmm. Sixers ...um....ok, I have hope for 76ers, its early..lol Now beating Houston, whew...IDK!?? They look absolutely unstoppable right now! Our starters, Wheeler, Nola, etc MUST go deep into the game, out middle relief bullpen...is clearly not stronger (looking at you Brad Hand, this guy is a dumper fire!) to hold leads or let opposing teams just blow it open is a concern. But again...Phillies somehow keep surprising us so theres a chance, maybe slight....but a chance! Phillies simply must be perfect at all costs. LFG!

I will be the first to admit, I didn't see this coming! Not with Girardi clearly, ...looking brighter with Thompson....but (ugh), it really did feel like a total collapse was coming nearing the end, not even making the Postseason. (Yeah, The Brewers helped!) Pretty darn inconsistent, one night offense is looking insane...the next, bats are dead and looking lifeless in general. - just losing frustrating games they SHOULD have won. Right now, it FEELS like this team can win it all...everyone on the team is clicking. I won't get ahead of myself, just feeling optimistic. Padres look like they are no joke...I'm underestimating them at all. Right now, the NLCS. Nope..again, didn't think this would happen! It hasn't been this exciting around here in Philly in a VERY long time and man, does this city need it! *Flyers going 2-0 (that's unreal also)....And if Eagles win tonight, beating Dallas and remaining undefeated, this may be one of the greatest sports weekends in the city's history.

Saw these yesterday and.... . NO...just no! Showed them to my brother and he liked them. Last seasons Sixers City jersey was just so beautiful IMO, wish they went back to that, but in white.

The fact a DC News Chopper pretty much made this public cracks me up. I did see a "oops" leak on a piece of paper from a NBC Sports Washington. Nah, not a fan of the logo, name. Jerseys are ok though I guess.
