    What I do to create the master black, master grey and master white layers is use the channel mixer method detailed in the below tutorial. You can then use Darth_Brooks methods to set them as screen, multiply and overlay. As your chosen image has 3 different colours on the shirt, you will have to do this separately for each colour segment and this may prove difficult to match up exactly. Oh my word. That makes it SO much easier. For the gray overlay layer, if you set the red output to 50 in each channel you get a neutral gray color.

    Would anybody else be in favor in creating a post limit before someone could start a thread in the concepts forum? I think something like 300 posts would greatly benefit that forum. Once someone has contributed long enough to amass 300 posts, they should be familiar with how the concepts forum works and the quality and forethought that goes into a good concept. This could help cut down on posts like, "help me decide what to do for a Denver soccer team!" Just a thought, I could be alone ere.

    Biggest thing that sticks out to me is that your shoulder numbers look too small.

    Smooth out some of the scruffy parts. Looks less streamlined than the first one.
