The seating size is a factor of the site. I really cant fit a huge third deck in a downtown site. Its also do to the the Rays not drawing a big crowd. Also with a lower seating bowl I can shade more seating areas.

I wanted the feeling of a huge tiki hut with fans and lots of air moving so I have wood loivers surrounding the the seating bowl with a modern cap on it.

I use Revit, Autodesk Max and Photoshop.

This is a concept for a new Rays Stadium in downtown Tampa between Florida Ave, Washington, Morgan and Brorein Streets. The stadium barely fits the site but at a league smallest 32,000 seats it just makes it. Is it the right place for a stadium? I dont know….I’ve never been to Tampa but it seems like a good location. Also, I dont know where everyone will park.
