I don't understand why the uniforms had to be changed from WFT. If you think the uniforms were problematic and needed to go, then the color scheme also had to go.

that's the funny thing about it. colleges: shut down fall sports for the sake of the safety/health of the student athlete. also, colleges: hey student athletes don't worry! we can do spring football! you don't mind playing 2 seasons in the span of 4-months..... right?
