  1. I dig those just like they are. I have nothing against their current color scheme, but the old colors are pretty sweet. I agree that these would be good for the transition to a different name. The team now wears gold pants so I guess it is a step in the right direction. I also kind of liked those uniforms. The spear logo does not bother me. It is different than Florida State's. Plus, the Seminoles sport gold helmets.
  2. How did you create/Where did you get the images of your Angles, Ducks, and SMU Mustangs' trophies in your sig? Thanks. ? Monkeypower, as well as other members on here, have championship banners of different teams displayed in their signature. I am curious as to where they got it/how they did it. I wanted to add my teams in my signature. What he was referring too: Angels not Angles. I am actually referring to the following. I've noticed members on this board have specific team's championship trophy banners in their signatures. My curiosity is how it is possible to make them or if there is a site where they can be acquired. Research has informed me that a member hand makes them, and that they are available on request. My apology for any confusion I caused you with my question! I should have been more specific and clear with what I was trying to find. Thank you for trying to help out. FGM was referring to your misspelling of Angels. That is what's with his '?'. Had nothing to do with the banners. You didn't get why he put the '?' and I was simply clarifying. No problem. Thank you for the clarification.

  6. Do you own authentics or premier/replicas? There is a difference between them in patch quality. Usually the replicas are screened-on with twill stitching, while authentics are actual patches sewn onto the jersey.
  7. Yes, that is true about the patches and lettering. The customization from NHL.com is horrible and they do not use the correct materials & fonts. But that depends on how "accurate" one wants the jersey to be. For me, I try and match them as close to what the team and/or player wears on the ice. I have a list of customizers/sources where I send my jerseys, and they do a pretty nice job. One also has to "do their homework". That means searching what materials teams wore for certain styles and seasons. Then again, for some that may not matter.
  8. The EDGE authentic jerseys are WORTH IT if you actually buy one. I know they are expensive, but as a collector I own several (which I did NOT pay retail for!) and I love their feel and cut. I don't own a Premier so I cannot comment on those.
