  1. Looks like it's going to be phased in, initially appearing on EVs. Thoughts? https://www.motortrend.com/events/2026-honda-0-series-ev-branding-h-badge-history/
  2. Hmm interesting, I guess that makes sense! I think it just looks extra pronounced for me on the FedEx logo because I usually see it as a large image on a truck, so it stands out more. I also have a little bit of "once you see it, you can't unsee it". I feel like because the FedEx logo is already a custom font, they could line it up and it would still look good, but people who make a lot more money than me would seemingly disagree. Thanks for the explanation, appreciate it!
  3. So I have a question about the FedEx logo I have never been able to find an answer to, and figured if anybody knew the answer, it would be on this board. I'm sorry for making an entire topic for such a trivial thing, but it's always bothered me and I need answers! We all know about the hidden arrow in the "Ex". But what has always bothered me is that the letters aren't all on the same "floor". The E and D in FED dip lower than all the other letters in the logo. See my image below. Is there any reason for this, or is it just bad design? Every time I see it on a truck, it bothers me so much (I know I'm crazy). Would love to hear any answers/explanations/theories.
  4. An example of one that I think works is Rotten Tomatoes:
  5. Forgive me if there is a topic like this already, I couldn't find one. I came across this logo today and it drives me crazy and this is the only place on the internet I could think of that might understand. I cannot stand it when companies use an image or logo in place of a letter, and do it poorly. There are obviously some incredible examples of this done very well, but I would argue there are just as many examples of it looking pretty bad and forced. Here's my example of the worst I can ever remember seeing: That poor "L" was hung out to dry. Would love to see some other examples people have of this concept being executed poorly.
  6. Story: https://www.olympic.org/news/paris-2024-unveils-new-olympic-and-paralympic-games-emblem Thoughts? Personally I love this. Olympic logos have been generally disappointing for me lately, I like this one quite a lot.
