  1. Coyotes are native to Utah, so that could work. I looked at a list of animals native to Utah and found some possible original options that haven't been said (not in the Big 4 leagues): Foxes Bighorns Pronghorns Jackrabbits Merlins (hawk family) Kestrels
  2. Theres always these....
  3. The Thrashers sale and relocation to Winnipeg was announced May 20, 2011 and they had unis ready for the following season. The only issue I could see at hand would be the Adidas to Fanatics transition and that may cause the possible Utah team to remain the Coyotes at least in the short term.
  4. You'd have to think if the league is doing up the schedule for a possible Salt Lake relocation, then there might be a more than 50% chance of it going thru. Lets be honest, when the Thrashers became Winnipeg, the Jets remained in the Southeast division for I think 3 seasons until the realignment. Thankfully Salt Lake and Arizona wouldn't need major realignment, but I think that Jets relocation caught the league a little off-guard or at least unexpected.
  5. I think at that point Sacramento could be an option, but you'd likely have the Salt Lake's and Nashville's of the world kicking the tires too.
  6. Locking the thread from last year. For future conversation, please see the 2024 thread
  7. Blizzard seems a bit to close to Avalanche (I know different phenomenon, but still adjacent).
  8. Probably more to protect that brand from trademark poachers.
  9. Interesting as May 3 is a Friday which the Rays note as Devil Rays Day and wear the throwbacks. Makes me wonder if they'll be themed towards the throwbacks or just worn that day and then randomly through the year.
  10. All this talk about the yellow A's jersey, which hasn't been worn since 2018. The dark green A's jersey was worn as recently as 2021.
  11. We were talking about that earlier in the thread. Options to consider could be: - Remain in Sacramento and share with the A's. - Share a current MiLB stadium (Fresno?, Stockton?) - Relocate temporariliy to an unused former MiLB stadium (Lancaster?) - Far chance, but as Sacramento is a Giants affiliate, could Oracle Park in San Francisco be an option??? I'm sure more will come out in the coming months, but one of the above is the likely outcome.
  12. I know when the Jays played i Buffalo during the pandemic, the Bisons were temporarily relocated to Trenton, NJ. Not sure if that was a pandemic protocol issue or a logistical issue at the venue, but we'll see soon enough.
  13. Maybe, but I'd lean probably not. With the Women's Final Four in Cleveland and the logo has shades of blue, so it's probably a one off or something.
  14. Going by past seasons, probably just home games. Of course, it can change this season, but they've only had home games so far so we dont know.
  15. That would check out, as this pic was from Friday's game
  16. Might be, but Toronto has worn the blue alt on the road in Tampa Bay for an entire series before.
  17. I'm still looking for a pic, but I would have to say the Rays might have a sleeve ad coming soon. The ray patch logo on the sleeve is now interchangeable and some players have it facing forward on the right sleeve and some have it facing backwards on the left sleeve. Also, looks set very low on the sleeve...ugh. Looks awful. At this point, come up with something new that is symmetrical or just drop it. Edit: snagged pics and posted to X. Toronto's name and number on the back don't look awful, and I think its due to being single color. Rays are navy outlined in white which makes them look tiny.
  18. The league also approved a doubleheader on Christmas Day, a Wednesday. The four teams that play on Christmas Day will also play the Saturday prior (which will have a likely tripleheader)
  19. FCL Astros FCL Mets The FCL Rays have used their own in previous seasons too
  20. The Rawlings jerseys are likely the jerseys that the complex leagues use. Minor leagues require the uniforms to be different outfitters than the majors for some reason. I used to work for the Blue Jays and Phillies in Florida and thats what was explained to me.
  21. This is true as well. The teams in the complex leagues (formerly Gulf Coast and Arizona Leagues) use these jerseys.
  22. Could have been extra stock the team had around from 2023.
  23. Interesting, I just noticed that there's no color version of the Broncos draft hats, only graphite.
  24. There's a blue hat in there as well.
  25. NFL Draft Hats Available in Charcoal and Team color options Houston is the only team missing. NY Jets are listed, but they only have the old draft hats available.
