The evening game should always be open for any team, as it has been.  You can't force a tradition like the Lions or Cowboys have done and expect it to stick.

The R would work for maybe an alt cap, but this era of MiLB is strong with non-letter centric caps to open the appeal for branding in youth leagues, merchandising and sales nationwide.

Dewayne Staats has been the Rays TV broadcaster since the beginning in 1998.  Gene Deckerhoff has been calling Bucs radio since 1989.  I think the top tier definitely stays put in bigger cities, but there are definitely a few individuals who have been around a while too.

Bucs have worn the all pewter unis at least once every year since they were released, and there are still 4 home games remaining.  Road games and color v color aren't out of the question either, so theres still time.
