  1. I mean, I get why the striping on the orange sleeves are different, but that doesn't mean it doesn't annoy me. I also feel like the alt. should have orange-white-orange UCLA stripes.
  2. RE: Georgia Woof... and not in a #HowBoutThemDawgs way, but like a #Buzz'sGirlfriend way.
  3. Couldn't see all of the uniform and the combinations, but Rutgers seems like the best/proper improvement. I'm always a sucker for a custom/exclusive/unique font. Fresno State... not so much.
  4. Ah. Ok. I thought it was this one:
  5. That's funny. I think that basketball one was the one I made years ago and just never finished it.
  6. Any good Nike Basketball uniform templates for Photoshop, similar to the NBA cut/fit? Would need top and bottom, preferably with something that can show the front/back/sides decently. Can't find a decent one anywhere.
  7. Any good basketball uniform templates for Photoshop?
  8. I just dont know when I'll get around to finishing the last... 14 teams. I made it a point so every team has a unique helmet/jersey/pants combination, in both striping and color combination, as well as unique font, and I made every team a traditional stripe pattern, as well as some sort of historical reference. Its been a real pain in the ass. Its probably taken close to 2 years, but I scrapped the first 8 uniforms and reworked them all. But its a full rework... Location Maps, Playoff Scenarios, Footprints, Schedules, Team Placards... I probably made it more work than I ever should have.
  9. Debating if I want to post my College Football realignment idea, thus solving all of the CFP issues. But I'm also about 14 teams away from having a 64 team College Football Redesign done, that has easily taken me 16+ months, and would like to submit them as a group. Decisions.
  10. With all due respect, I don't think your sig should end with THE COMEBACK... I always thought the next chapter should say THE CHAMPS!  Leave no room for interpretation.

Hahaha I don't mean it like that.  Just glad to celebrate with every Cleveland fan... even one that I historically have internet-forum-beef with.

No big deal. After thinking about it, I liked your idea and went with it. And our "beef" ended a while ago. It's all good now. At least on my end.

Oh for sure.  I never had real issue with you.  I meant it more in jest... like... its the internet.

  11. I'm not sure. It would be interesting if a reputable marketing company did a comprehensive, unbiased analysis on the subject. It seems like the NFL is extremely strategic and calculated when it comes to stuff like this. I think the first few years would definitely have a filled stadium, as locals would want to see a game, as well as tourists who get up before 2PM to hit the pool and then the strip by 8, especially since the stadium will most certainly be domed and air conditioned. There may also be a positive trade off when it comes to TV deals. Who knows what kind of revenue it would generate, especially if out-of-towners are in their hotel rooms, channel surfing at 11AM. They probably would tune into the local sports team. The revenue generated from TV may outweigh the revenue generated at the gates. I think its going to be incredibly interesting when its all said and done. I think the NBA is just waiting for the NFL to make a move. I think the NBA wants to see if professional sports can thrive in Las Vegas. If returns are positive, I would give it 3 years max until we would see an NBA team in Sin City.
  12. Well, Akron is often referred to as Cleveland's Little Brother. The 2 cities are in the same state and approximately 45 minutes away from each other, taking 1 highway down and back, a straight shot either way. Its a much closer proximity than New York, which is multiple states away. Toledo is already the affiliate of Detroit. Toledo has a significant Michigan/Detroit following. Many traditional Toledo residents consider themselves part of Michigan, as the there was ACTUALLY a battle between Michigan and Ohio over the land Toledo is founded on. Again, Toledo being the closest to Detroit... and Toledo being farther away than THREE other Indians affiliates (Lake County, Mahoning Valley, Akron). Your whole post was based on "optimal combinations"... you don't get much more optimal than those 2.
  13. Well, Akron is considered the little brother of Cleveland... and they are literally less than an hour away, down I-77. Toledo has a huge Michigan/Detroit populous, and was battle ground territory in the war between Michigan and Ohio... and many family traditions maintain Toledo as part of Michigan. Not only that, you connected the Giants - if even they are in New York - to Akron, which is multi-states away.
  14. Cleveland to Akron = 45 minutes. Detroit to Toledo = 60 minutes.
  15. I would think USF and UCF have a better chance at joining the Big XII, than Houston. I think they have enough Texas viewers and would want to suck up as many Florida viewers as possible.
  16. Or is it 4 teams actually lobbying for 4 spots in the Big XII once Oklahoma and Texas join the B1G? *dun dun dun*
  17. Yahoo! has been reporting that the Big XII is close to expanding. Seems like they are waiting on 1 more school to approve. The issue being that Big XII laws require a super majority (75%) of school to approve expansion, however, they only have 7 of 10 schools. Yahoo! is saying that Texas is the school preventing the expansion. Texas Tech has voted against expansion, as it has a long time relationship with Texas, as Texas leaded and Texas Tech follows. The third school is TCU. TCU is reportedly NOT voting for expansion, because Texas isn't. Why you ask? Because Texas was the driving force behind getting TCU added to the Big XII. Memphis appears to be clawing to get into the Big XII. Sauce: https://sports.yahoo.com/news/big-12-ponders-expansion-american-guard-losses-225038355--ncaaf.html
  18. This always bugged me. Missouri was a great rival for Nebraska and the B1G has always been about tradition. I think they had Missouri in the long term plans, but when they decided they weren't going to be left at the table and jumped the the SEC, I think it put a kink in the B1G's immediate plans. They fit much better geographically and culturally with the B1G as opposed to the SEC. However, I think Rutgers and Maryland were always, ALWAYS in the B1G's long term plans... regardless if they picked up Missouri or not.
